A great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room’s cleanliness was excellent. I would definitely stay here aging.

The hotel was very clean, even though it was not a newer hotel they try very hard to keep it nice atmosphere. The rooms were nice & clean, but the bathroom was a little small. They kept the pool/hot tub area very clean, even suppled towels by the pool; always a +. I liked that the hotel & parking garage were monitored 24/7. Excellent continental breakfast. Only down side was that there's a bar located on the first floor (had separate entrance & parking)that is open till the wee hours with loud music.

Location. Noisy, rundown, andunprofessional. I have a room right next to the elevator.

Excellent location for flights from San Diego airport with lots of dining options close nearby. Helpful staff, good quality towels and excellent in room coffee facilities. Would definately stay with Quality Airport in the future.

The hotel was ok, but would definitely not consider it again. the location was great and very short drive from all the attractions in San Diego. The pool seemed nice, too bad the weather was cold to get in. There were few drawbacks.. Like the room smelled a little like cigarrete smoke and had cigarrete burns in the curtains, not only my room but overheard other people in the elevator talking about cigarrete burns in theirs too. There was also a hole in the ceiling covered with tissue paper. The parking lot was underground but very small and shared with a restaurant / club. The hotel charged 7 dlls a night for parking.. why do they charge when we are already paying to sleep there? and it was in a neighborhood not in downtown like to charge for parking... plus one of the 2 days i stayed there i was not able to find parking and went to the front desk to tell them what was i supposed to do and why i was chrged for something they don't have... well apparently a lot of people and not enough parking, so all the customers of the hotel that didnt find a parking were not charged for that night's parking but we had to look for street parking in the neighborhood. Hotel Fire Alarm went on twice at random times, first day i calledfront desk thinking they might have been a fire or something, but no apparently just random error on it, same next day I did like that the bed, sheets, towels were very clean and properly changed. The room has wireless internet which works great, it was pretty fast. TV was decent size, older but good. Bathroom seemed like it had been remodeled not so long ago, so it was clean and bright. Staff was corteous and promt in giving answers and checking in/out

The room was great. Ice machines did not work. For the price this hotel was great. The only problem I have is that I am a business traveler and I was on the second floor and you could here the entertainment all the way up to my room until 2:00 am. They were remodeling and the fire alarm went off two nights in a row and the ice machines were not working. I would stay here again but on a higher floor.

the location of the hotel was good. they charged my credit card before i even got to my hotel & then when i checked in... they asked for my credit card again for some fee & then when i checked out, they charged me for parking in their parking lot, while staying there. nice! will not stay here agian!

Pillows were GREAT. Had to enter from side street - remodeling. I checked out after 1 night - remodeling - musty hallways and just didn't feel to be in a very safe area for a single female to be staying - staff was very nice.

None. Parking was awful, you had to park under if there was room.

The Quality Inn was close to Sea World wich was a plus. The rooms however need to be updated. The parking structure is very small, so if you drive a large vehicle it can be a challenge parking it.

Location to airport. A technician had to start the air conditioner. Breakfast area was unclean and no eating utensils, plates, napkins, etc. unless guest asked.

We only stayed overnight but the room was OK. Not very exciting. We left early to catch a flight. The best thing about this hotel is its prximity to the airport. The neighborhood hopwever is not safe.

One of the worst breakfast at a hotel of all time coffee ran out cold eggs.

At check in I ask about the restaurant and was told it was closed and they had no idea when it would re-open, apparently it had been closed for some time and it sounded like there may never be a restaurant there. The closest restaurant was 3 blocks away and there was no way I could walk that far, so I had a cup of decaf coffee in my room and a protein bar... not what I needed that night. There really isn't much around the hotel altho it's an easy shuttle ride to the airport. Other than that huge disappointment. The hotel is old but clean, the staff seemed harried but pleasant and the room was fine.

Mold in the bathroom, did not seem clean in the hotel. It was inaccurate as to how close it was to attractions, it wasn't even in down town! There was mold in the bathroom.

This hotel had the best value for the money plus it was close to the airport. I would stay here again. The only problem we encountered was not receiving a wake up call - so I recommend you set your alarm in your room.

Location. ATM out of service, Pool out of service, NO Spa, etc. Will definitelynot stay at this hotel again!
