Pleasantly surprised to see the customer service from this small hotel Quality Inn Airport St Louis Hotel. Shuttle came fast in less than 15 minutes from the time I called and room was very clean. kids enjoyed it.

Best airport hotel for he money and the staff was very nice and accommodating with upgrades. Breakfast is hot and free with pancakes and waffles and hashbrown. Shuttle and parking free. All this for a bargain price! I recommend this hotel.

Room very clean - staff pleasant. Only problem is that they advertise wireless internet but do not (and I understand) never have. You can go down to the office and use their internet.

It was fairly cheap. One day the cleaning staff did not clean our room. It was ok for the price, butdo notgo there if you want to impress anyone. It is only two stories and long so there is a bit of a walk to get to the room if your room is 1 of the higher numbers. Next time if I want luxury I definatley willnot stay there.

liked the place with accommodation staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. free wireless internet worked absolutely perfect. no hidden charges. nice to stay becoz its very close to airport and downtown.

What a bargain. We could not believe it. Too bad cardinals lost or else we would be coming back soon. This is a simple hotel but has everything you need. A reaturant, pool and business center. room is a spacious room and bathroom looked like new. Children loved the pool fun and near by attraction. It has all the good restaurant food. i wish the room service was available but the day we went it was not. We definately liked this small find and it's cheap and comes with free breakfast.

Well the room was about what I expected for the price.... but a few small annoyances made the stay much worse than it should have been. Check in went smoothly and the girl behind the desk was friendly, and the lobby was nice enough to give me a sense of hope that the room wouldn't be too bad..... those hopes were shattered very soon after that. We walked up stairs to the hallway where our room was located and we were greated with a blast of hot air that felt like it was about 600 degrees hotter than it was outside, then we got to our room opened the door and surprise surprise more heat, and a sort of a musty smell. After we got the ac cranking and opened the window awhile the smell went away and the temperature came down in the room.Then we attempted to order a pizza using a phone number from an advertisement on our room key. well the number wound up being for a place that didn't deliver to the hotel. So after searching the room for a phone book and not finding one i headed down to the lobby to get a phone book. The girl behind the desk was on the phone and it was about a good minute before i was acknowledged, but it didn't matter anyway because they didn't have one.... thank god for 411. Later on our trip to the vending machines ending with us finally finding a machine, but it was vandalized and inoperable. All these annoyances completely overided the fact that the room was clean aside from a few stains on the furniture, and the bathroom was spotless. Also even though the airport was right across the street I cant remember hearing a single plane fly over. It would have been a fairly enjoyable stay without all the aggrivation.

Good for the price, liked the rooms. nice breakfast. knowledgeable staff. prompt service at airport by the pick up shuttles. St Louis was a fun place to visit with family and friends. Quality Inn Airport had nice services and made our trip more comfortable.

This is a small find for us at St Louis airport as it was a last minute deal but what a deal! This was such a bargain price that we could not let it go. Two day package is even more cheaper and especially has no parking fee and internet fee. All other full service hotels at the airport have that additional fees which can add up to big amounts. Spacious and clean room was present with soft beds and new bedding. Internet worked quite well although business center is little small. the next door Restaurant food was cheap and nice and free breakfast is quite tasty. We had an excellent stay for a very good price.

We spent the night to catch a flight the next morning. We requested a non-smoking room, and even though it had a "No Smoking" sign on the door, the room reeked of cigarrette smoke. Also the bathroom had mildew around the tub and the ceiling sagged from water damage. The restraunt bad really good food for Dinner and the free Breakfast. Good sized portions too.

Economy St. Louis hotel with best facilities. This Quality Inn airport hotel of St. Louis was best because of its cheap prices. This was the cheapest hotel of St. Louis. Even though the prices were less, my room was very clean. The staff was very helping, friendly, and accommodating. The airport shuttle ran fast and gave quick service. Free WIFI Internet worked well. Free breakfast was hot and awesome. Other best part was, parking was free for up to 14 days. This Quality Inn Airport hotel was very close to downtown St. Louis, Gateway Arch, Botanical Gardens Edwards stadium, and St. Louis Westport. Location was best. Pets are allowed in this hotel. This is the only pet friendly hotel with that low rates I found in St. Louis. I would surely recommend this Quality Inn airport hotel to my friends, and family.

I liked this hotel because I was able to park my car here, stay and fly to my destination. This hotel gives this all only for a less charge. Plus, clean rooms, comfortable beds, free breakfast and shuttle service to and from airport adds to the value. I will like to stay here for all my next visits to St Louis.

Did not know this Hotel as i visit St Louis quite often, but it was a good deal and could not pass it. Eventhough its a older hotel but it is well maintained inside. They upgraded me to a suite which was very nice. The wireless internet worked good and the speed is also adecuate for a us. My room had new bedding and the bath room was clean. The food at the attached restaurant was good. Sounds like a franchise restaurant but had lot of menu and reasonable prices. Morning breakfast is completely free and had hot omlets and pancakes and hashbrowns as the Restuarant next door, again all free. My stay was quite good and the staff were friendly at check out. I would come back here again.

We were looking for a hotel with equal distance from St. Louis Downtown and Westport. And we found Quality Inn Airport Hotel. One of the best thing we considered while booking was the hotel was pet friendly. Check in was smooth. Hotel was not super fancy, but it was what you exactly want as a traveler. Hotel has all the amenities, including pool, fitness center, business center. Our rooms was clean and large enough. Our pet had a nice little space to roam around in the room. Bathroom was clean, with all arranged amenities like tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. We called the front desk for more toothpaste and they brought it to us within few minutes. Hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. Parking in the hotel parking lot was free of charge. The breakfast was complimentary from the hotel. It was hot and delicious breakfast. Pool area was good and quiet. We also liked the fitness center. The staff was accommodating. If you are looking for a budget hotel in St. Louis with some great location, I will recommend Quality inn Airport Hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased with overall appearance of hotel and friendliness of staff. I am happy with the free shuttle service provided. The breakfast was good, the people serving the food are friendly. Rooms are not super huge but are sufficient and clean. Staff is helpful. Internet is provided for free. The hotel has got a great location, and that is the main reason I always prefer to stay here at Quality Inn Airport in ST Louis.

We had arrived St Louis Airport very late and needed a room as my children were very tired. Called the hotel and the the shuttle came fast in 15 minutes. They had worm cookies at the check in desk and kids enjoyed them. When we called from Airport they gave a good price quote for the double bed room. We were only going to stay for few hours so this was very important to us. Got up and had very good hot breakfast at the Golden Pancake reataurant next door which was better than Denny's. Room was comfortable and clean with new bedding. We recommend this Hotel for any Airport traveller to St Louis. We had no time to use the pool or other amenities!

Free shuttle service to the hotel. Price. Unclean. Outdated. Could not connect to internet in room. I would not recommend this hotel. It was very basic and not clean. It was inexpensive, but even still, you can do better someplace else.
