This was a place to lay our heads the night before a very early flight. We were very satisfied with our room.

The pool was great. It is small, but right temperature and open long hours. I was delighted. Yes, the chlorine smell permeates, but it is not in the room or the dining area. The exercise room was fine for a workout. The breakfast was complete with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, good coffee and tea. The staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

This is second time staying at Knights Inn. Staff helpful and curtious. Rooms Clean and spacious. Sofa bed added feature to sit and relax in the evening as well as the microwave and refrigerator. Fast food, pizza nearby (didn't look for restaurant in area....eating with family living nearby.) Cannot beat the price if looking for a motel without pool, exercise room and other added amenities. Continential breakfast adequate.

Breakfast and free Internet in the room. Noisy room heater/fan/AC. Comfortable and friendly staff. Family friendly but very quiet at night. Very good location.

"I stayed here to visit with my son who is a student in the area. The price was right, the location perfect, and the services well provided. The room was clean, simple, and just what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again."

Location was nice as its only a couple miles from expressways and shopping. Coffee machine in room had no pot, no microwave in room like they said it would. Couldn't switch rooms. The only thing I liked about the room was the location.

"Reasonable hotel for money. Rooms were worn but clean and adequate. There was a refrigerator and microwave in room, which was a pleasant surpise. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only negative was that the coffee maker didn't work."

Poor cellular reception within building. Not the best stay in Albany that I have had. Evening desk clerk was quite abrupt and left me waiting for 15 minutes when I attempted to check in. A single computer in the corner of the lobby does not make a business center. Key cards for the room were coded incorrectly on check-in and I had to get them re-issued for my last night there. Room was exceptionally small and cluttered. The desk provided in the room is to small to be of use to a modern business traveler who needs room for a laptop as well as paperwork.

The front desk staff were helpful in seeing that I was able to get a taxi to airport in time. Also very friendly and personable. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for long or short visits.

The waffles/free continental breakfast. General sense that it was not being consistently maintained. A pleasant stay in Albany brought us to the Quality Inn Albany Airport. Somewhat inattentive desk staff was on duty, with a bit of attitude. While brochures described local tourism attractions, they could not produce a city map. The room we stayed in was somewhat small. However, it was clean and bright and relatively quiet, which led to a passable night's sleep. The continental breakfast, with the waffle bar, was a nice treat.

We only stopped on our way from Niagara falls to North conway. thought it was a good price. We have decided to stay here again and spend more time sightseeing. Staff was friendly. Kids liked the pool. Bennigan's across the parking lot and Target down the street.

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very small--not even a closet. The hotel was very average. The rooms were small, but the bed was comfortable. There was no closet in the room, but they provide an armoire to hang clothes--but even that was too small.

That was completely quitable for the business traveling. May be some more services and staffs for the rooms was better. Finally, I was happy.

The rooms were beautiful and cleaner then expeceted. Pleasantly surprised. The hallways are like a dungeon. Comfortable beds. Nice and clean rooms. The hotel hallways were pretty creepy but otherwise this was a pleasnt surprise.

It was convenient to where we were going. The room seemed small. There was too much furniture and it was hard to move around. The room smelled a bit also. As if it was a smoking room at one time. The room had a king bed, a chair, a fridge, a microwave and two end tables. Just a ton of stuff in a small room. It suited our needs though.
