The beds were very clean and the room was very nice! I liked what I payed for, so no complaints there. It was Nice a bit far from AC casinos and attractions , other that it wasa cool hotel.

After being told the Red Roof Inn was one of a handful that did not allow pets, we called around and got a Quality Inn, which didn't allow pets, but gave us the number for the one that did. Decent, clean rooms. Pet Friendly, which was the main selling point. No Restaurant or Pool. It looks like the remainder of what used to be a nice hotel, but the rooms were clean and cheap.

I will be correct in what we found in Quality Hotel, in our (3 days) vacation trip for Memorial Day in Atlantic City. The single thing that was real & and in great condition was the fitness center(close for Memorial 1 Day). The outdoor pool was in renovation, the tennis area too, was no continental breakfast, was no any refrigerator or microwave in room and the TV was with 16 channels (basic). The access card in room need to be activated in every day you stay, and the front desk was "far away" & for good manner with customers. CALL the front desk to check amenities before! An extraordinary person understood our need, if that will happen to be back, I will be only for the manager, [...]. At our complains to front desk, she gave us the chance for a great Memorial Day FREE continental breakfast and the chance to swim in other Quality Inn hotel pool. THANK YOU! The driving to AC is short, that's true, less 10 min. and the hotel is really clean. The game room area and the inside bar are in very good conditions, maybe little bit update. That's it!

I can only described to a 1 word worse. No customer service. No good words that I can describe for this hotel. For sure I will never stay in this hotel ever again. I rather pay twice as much that having to experienced my stay with them.

The hotel was very close to Atlantic City, which was a plus. It's location enabled us to overlook the hotel's shortcomings. Such as, room smelled musty until we really aired it out. Lobby ceiling was falling down. No tissues in bathroom and was unable to hook up to the internet via my laptop.

Very comfortable setting. The constant smell of smoke. My best friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel, and it was comfortable. No many television channels, but the bed was very comfortable and slept like a log.

After booking through 1clickpets and indicating in the comment section that we had a dog; the hotel put us right next to a wedding reception. We didn't know this when we left and apparently our pup barked at the people being loud in the hallway and knocking on doors. They charged us 2x the pet fee because she barked! We always stay at the Sheraton and we have NEVER had a problem there with her barking.

It was a good place to stay. I was afraid to stay at any motels because I'm extremely afraid of roaches. I kept reading reviews of nasty dity places and wasn't sure where to book for a good price. This place was pretty clean.

Staff was very helpful and beds were clean. Non smoking room smelled like smoke, hair dryer didn't work. Overall good place to stay for the price. Staff was great and room was comfortable.

I had booked this hotel and indicated that I was bringing my pup. When we came back to the hotel after being out for the evening we had to go to the front desk as there were complaints about my pup. A wedding party was being held immediately next to our room with all guests staying on the same hallway as us. Apparently she barked at all the traffic up and down the hall and knocking on doors and the wedding party complained. They charged us DOUBLE the pet fee, even though the loud party music continued until midnight and THEY were the ones who chose to place us in the middle of a party floor with a dog. We have stayed at other hotels numerous times and NEVER had a problem. They say they are pet friendly but they do not know how to accomodate people with pets. This is a PARTY hotel, not a family friendly place.

the quality hotel bayside resort rooms are very clean and comfortable. the pool however could have been better maintain like someone could have been on hand to take the bugs that fly in out once in a while.It 's better to go to this hotel in car than on foot like we did even though there is a bus stop outside, we impatient new yorkers couldn't wait so long for it. The restaurant there is not opened all the time so we ended up eating mc Donalds for breakfast and the night staff was much friendlier than the morning staff. Basically its a decent place to stay but if yuor hungry eiher drive for you r food or order. Will stay again if I get a car or a lot of money for cab fare.

This hotel had many amenities which made it a great place to stay. The pool was really nice, the gym, the game room with air hockey and pool were all incredible. It's just a few miles down the road to AC casinos. We would definitely go back!

If you just want a place to crash and be near the boardwalk, this is the place. They have a safe in the room which was handy and the staff was courteous. The gym and fitness center was good size with plenty of equipment to use. There's also a golf shop which was pricey but if you need something in the pinch you're in luck. I would park at the front of the hotel because the sides and back are not well-lit and weren't crowded with other vehicles. Overall, good value for the money.

I can be classified as a returning customer. I plan another trip to Atlantic City in July and will be booking at Quality Hotel Bayside Resort at the same location. The customer service from employees was excellant and rooms were more than comfortable. The amenities were good and the price was very affordable. The distance from hotel to Boardwalk was 7 minutes and that alone was a major plus.

Clean & nice rooms nice staff. Nice pool. Too far from the beach. Not a lot of TV channels. can hear everyone in the hall & vice versa. It has a big pool, game room restaurant and bar.

"I spent one night there and it's a nice hotel. It's not far from the city and is easy to find. Staff was very nice and even late at night, the man at the counter was kind when I went to pay for snacks. There's no vending machines, but there are novelty items in the main lobby. Breakfast was nice and the staff there was friendly as well."

Some of the staff was friendly and helpful. One night staff person was extremely rude and nasty. It was obvious that she was miserable working there.

This hotel is great only 3 miles from the boardwalk and casinos. The prices are great the hotel is clean and many amenities.
