A very basic but good VFM hotel. All you get is a good spacious and clean bedroom but little else in terms of 'extras'. Service if fine but nothing special. Decent VFM for the Wembley area

A very relaxing stay The location of the hotel was pefect for our vist to Wembly stadium for a concert that night. You could see the hotel from the stadium, very handy when thousands of people are trying to get the tube out of their. Car parking was very good with no charge for hotel guests. The standard of room was more than the rated 3 star, it was very large, clean and well presented. Pleasant pictures on the wall and a good colour scheme in the room. The reception staff are very polite, however we did have one problem. The shower was not working and I did not find this out until i had to take one!!!!!!! I would think housekeeping should check this each day!!!We were asked to go next door to shower, which i do not think was suitable as i had to get re-dressed and take all my shower things with me!!!Other than that the hotel was very good and one of the better ones for that area.

Hotel Reviewvery good overall

Poor value for money£169 for one double room with continental breakfast is very expensive. The room was very basic, tired and overlooked a car park and bin store where the bins were in use at intervals during the night with the resultant noise. Then to be advised as we arrived for breakfast that we could have a full english breakfast for £5 per head extra was just an insult.

Review of quality hotel, WembleyAt £189 for a family room, this was extremely overpriced. THe breakfast was only continental and the quality poor. I will definately avoid this hotel in the future if possible.

QUALITY HOTEL, WEMBLEYGood, clean accommodation which is less than 5 mins walk to Wembley Arena. Although £170 for 1 night's stay, I initially thought this was quite expensive however the short distance to the Arena more than made up for the price. No hassle and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and attentive.

excellent wembley stadium locationthe hotel has an excellent location for the wembley stadium, the staff were helpful and efficient.the room was o.k nothing special especially considering the fairly hefty nightly rate but it had everything you could need.we had the full breakfast which again was just o.k.all in all i had no complaints, if you want to go to an event at wembley but dont want to travel back into london city centre there isnt really a lot of alternatives but although it is a little pricey you do save on parking as it is free for guests and is usually very expensive in the city centre ,and of course while everybody else is fighting for the tube you are enjoying a pint in the hotel bar which is a definate bonus.

Our Jonas ExperienceI travelled to London with my teenage daughter and her friend so that they could see the Jonas Brothers in concert at the Wembley Arena. We couldn't have got a better positioned hotel. It was the closest to the Arena and the price for a 3 person room was excellent value for money. We had a perfect view from our window of the groups (Jonas Brothers and McFly) arriving and leaving and it only took the girls two minutes to walk there. We ate in the hotel bar beforehand and none of us could finish our meals as there was so much on our plates. The staff were very eager to help and wait on us. The following day we went sightseeing in London and the Wembley Park train station was just down the road, about a 5 minute walk. We were able to leave the car in the hotel car park for the day and there was no charge. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

went to Wembley Arena, lovely to just stagger around the corner after the show!!Very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the Arena. Hotel quite basic, everso slightly grubby - eg the net curtains in our room unironed, and stained. Had trouble with the bathroom door which got stuck shut!! Expensive - a triple room for one night was £155.00, but the convenience of the location made it bearable!

Stayed one night. Food was ok - lots of it - kids were happy. Room was tidy and clean - but rough around the edges. Very handy for Wembley Arena/Stadium - would stay again if staying 1 night

Continental breakfast was included with the room but hot buffet breakfast was charged at £ 5/person-considering the rate of the hotel, this shuld have been included in the cost of the room. The staff in the dining room were not very hospitable but the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and had all the basic amenities - only bad point were the floor boards creaking .Overall impression-good rooms, good location, close to tube station/eating joints, car parking a bonus, good continental breakfast/good sized dining room.Shall stay again

Travelled with daughter and 2 grandaughters aged 5 and 7. Staff were excellent from the minute we arrived at hotel. Nothing too much trouble for them. Have stayed in other hotels in a 'family room' and had to start making up sofa bed when we arrived. Not this one : beds already made and plenty of room to swing several cats! Will stay here again when visiting Wembley Arena. Special thanks to Diane on reception who welcomed us when we got there.

Not much \"quality\" at The Quality Hotel! The hotel was adequate, but quite basic and dowdy. No duvets on the beds and quite tatty bathrooms with well worn towels. The continental breakfast was adequate but even though the restaurant was not busy at all we had to ask for spoons for cereal and 10 minutes later there were no knives. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We had to ask for bread for toast because the bread basket was completely empty. One of our party was a pregnant lady and she wanted some fresh fruit but all they had was a bowl of tinned fruit, not even a fresh banana. We stay in hotels regularly but would not go near a Quality Hotel again.

Wonderful reception staff could not do enough to help us - fantastic.Wondeful reception staff - very accomodating and welcoming. Additional costs were applied for a cooked breakfast which was not great - food was really nice though. Television did not work in room properly - the channels that did work had reallly poor reception - however, we were not there to watch tv so it didnt affect our stay. Room and bathrooms lovely and clean - nice toiletries in bathroom provided. We would definately stay here again and plan to revisit in the summer. The location is great for both tube stations in Wembley, with both just a short walk away.
