Located within walking distance to the falls. The room was larger than some hotels. Clean and inviting. Staff friendly. Easy parking.

The hotel was very convenient to attractions but the parking was terrible.........just a handful of spaces for 200+ rooms..........you had to park down the street. Only 2 handicapped spaces were available close to the door. The staff was friendly enough but actually we saw very few staff members. I would recommend the hotel to others, only if I could let them know about the parking situation.

The location is what drives business for this hotel... close to the state park... hard rock cafe.... opposite haunted house... casino... snow park... helicopter ride... rainbow bridge... not much to expect other than the wonderful location... Room was clean but small...

The location. There was a large spider in our room. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The pool and hot tub allowed us to relax. The room was fine for the one night we were staying. Very nice and helpful staff!

This was easily the worst Hotel I have stayed in with my family in Niagara Falls. The room was dark, because our window faced into the interior of an old mall that is now a construction site. The dry wall from the ceiling was falling down in chunks and hitting the air conditioning unit. The toilet was either constantly running or not wokring at all. But the worst was the smell. it was so offensive that you invouluntarily gagged upon entering the room. It was so smelly that the only thing you wanted to turn and run. And we did, unfortunately for us, it was hot and June and there were no other rooms available. Please stay somewhere else!

Even though the room wasn't the cleanest I've seen much worse. The next day the maid cleaned and did a great job! The jacuzzi suite was very nice and the view of the mist from Niagara Falls was wonderful! During the weekend, ""The Fun Zone"" woke us up with rap music but during the week it was quiet. Pool was closed so couldn't use it. No problem with parking at all. IMy husband and I would go there again. Price is reasonable.

Location was perfect for my need. There was smell Cigarette all around the my room floor. Overall nice and clean hotel and very near to Niagara Falls state park. If you are visiting the falls only then you don't even need to rent a car, you can just walk down to the park. You van even see the fireworks from your room if facing toward state park side. The beds were nice and firm with a coffee maker in the room. I would have loved a mini fridge in the room since it is very useful when you travel with a child to keep their food and milk. One thing I hated is that there was too much of cigarette smell in the hotel particularly on my floor.

This hotel was not as we expected. There was absolutely no parking- there were two lots that apparently are always overfull. The room was dirty, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom could have been better. For the price, it was not worth it. The hot tub didnt work. There was no lifeguard at the pool. There was not a good choice of restaurants. However, the fun zone was great. Our daughter loved it. There are other hotels around- look elsewhere. The staff was okay.

The location was within walking distance to the falls, casino, and 3 sister islands. The are too few parking spaces. Overall this hotel is OK. It is not fancy at all. It is a good place just to stay the night. The bar was good and had a live band. The hotel staff is nice. The parking was horrible. There is only a few spaces by the hotel. If you were unlikely not to find a parking space by the hotel their is public parking far away from the hotel. But both places are free parking for hotel guests.

Nicely priced for where you are and onsite dining was good. One bad thing was the parking. Not enough spaces, and they do not check car info so anyone in area can park there forcing you to park in the garage up the street

"This Hotel is slowly going down hill. I've been staying here and defending it for 4 years. No more, the jacuzzi is broken, the pool is scummy, two thin pillows for two adults, no refridgerator in the basic room or $20, a night for one, the worlds worst breakfast brunch. A ten year old can heat up french toast sticks from a box and dump out a jar of syruppy fruit into a bowl for $8 a head."

Great location. Mattress was too firm. The location was fantastic. My husband and I were able to walk the 3 blocks to view the American Falls, which was really important to us. We liked that it was close to restaurants and it felt like a safe area. It was also very easy to access from the highway.
