Date of Stay: July, 2009

We swam in the pool which was refreshing and pretty clean. When we first got there, they gave me a dirty room. Then the television in the new room didn't work. It took them over 6 hours to fix but needless to say it did get fixed. The next morning we went to breakfast and they had no power to microwave, toaster and no juice. The second day it was fixed. Don't expect to stay here if you mind big crowds and noisy people. The pictures distort the truth of the hotel.

Close to Xavier University. Outside appearance is very poor. Over the past 3 years we have been staying here the breakfast has gone from very good to fair. The outside of the hotel is dirty, grass has not been cut and is full of weeds. Very poor first appearance.

Great place to stay in cincinnati.great staff, comfortable rooms, superb location. no reason to not recommend this hotel. Quality hotel & suites central gave me a pleasent experience. Will stay here again.

At check in was told i had to pay first to get my room key. the staff was rude and was suppose to be an acting manager. the bathroom floor was dirty in the room we had, it was suppose to be nonsmoking the smell of smoke was teribble i felt sick to the stomach. the next day the female working the desk was very nice and gave us non smoking room. we asked for the manager he was suppose to see us but was never there. other than that the hotel was nice and would stay again

This hotel was close to the University of Cincinnati, yet it was in a safe location. It was also affordable and clean. I would stay in this hotel again. The only thing missing would have been a hot tub!

Easy to find from map quest directions. Pool dirty. Nut shells on floor of one of the rooms. Easy to find location. Rooms adequate for overnight sleep. Computer room small and cramped. No sign to say breakfast hours or location.

I recommend this hotel! Services are great, right across the freeway,easy to get here. Great free food in mornings. Free wireless internet. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Rooms big, clean, comfortable and neat.

i booked this hotel through this website and upon my checkin I was given a Free Suite Upgrade. Being a privilege member I didn't have to ask to the clerk. I was really impressed with the service of the clerk and the decor of the room. They pretty much looked like studios with a 2 Tv's and a very nice bathroom. Great Remodelling work Done!!!! Carpets are Brand New compared my last stay where things were getting remodelled. Just couldn't enjoy the Pool as the hotel is working on it. The inhouse restaurant is fabulous. The chicken wings are poppers!!! Very Quiet Hotel with No noise. eventhough the Hotel was sell out there was no incident which i was afraid at that time. The Management is really taking care of this hotel and giving value to the Guests.

Nice room and staff. Was not able to use pool[which was very disappointing] due to the fact that it was not filled to the proper level and was very dirty.The pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Our kids were not happy at all. Other then the pool we liked the hotel and a nice little restaraunt attached to it. The breakfast was OK. Not alot to chose from.

Location, lots of nearby stores and eating places. Shows a lot of wear, room could have been vacuumed better. Good economical hotel. I have stayed here often only because it is close to where I need to be. No amenities like Whirlpools, indoor pool, fridge in the room . Not a place to go if you are looking for a romantic getaway. Great place for a family looking to save a buck. Also Police and Fire Station is next door.

I had a very positive experience. The hotel looked clean and maintained, only the problem was with the elevators which worked slow. But it was not a big issue as compared to the facilities provided by the hotel. Our room was spacious enough, clean and had all the facilities. The free internet proved helpful in completing our many important tasks like paying our home light bill, timings, phone numbers, and finding directions.. The breakfast was provided for free. We did not expect it to be of that good quality as it was free. But the hotel maintains its quality of food. The police and fire department was located just in front of the hotel. Gave a feeling of security. We experienced this hotel as very friendly and accommodating to our needs. This is the best place to stay if you are planning to come to Xavier's and staying with your family.

As a businesss traveler, it's paramount to be able to access the internet in your room, instead of sitting in a dingy hotel lobby. The wireless internet never had connectivity. the place could use some fresh paint and unstained furniture. It's horrbily outdated and close to train tracks. Stay on the southside if you venture to sleep at all.

Quality Hotels & Suites at Cincinnati was one of the best places to stay for me in Norwood area. I was happy with my room and bed which was comfortable. The breakfast was provided for free. The staff was wonderful. I booked this hotel online and got a good deal with it. The area had a police station which was right in front of the hotel. I think this thing makes the place more safe to stay. The elevators in the hotel had some problem. The staff told me that it is due to the rains and roof problem and they were trying to fix it. The pool was closed because of the cold weather. But I would like to visit this place again in summer.

This place needs a complete overhall. Dirty, holes in the sheets, etc. Too bad the location is so good, but the hotel is sooo bad.

I have always stayed in Quality Hotel & Suites Central in Cincinnati. If you are looking for a place near Xavier Univ, this is the best place to stay. The breakfast is free. During my last visit I had few problems which the staff managed to solve in no time. The beds are comfortable and rooms are always seen clean. Me and my colleagues first happen to visit the hotel for company meeting. The services provided were best. The internet is wireless and free. Many restaurants around this place. So we don't have to search for far away places to eat. The staff is good. Any person at the front desk here knows the directions to almost all places in Cincinnati. It is very helpful at times. I have tried the food at the restaurant in the hotel..I guess it is not owned by the hotel. But food there is not bad too. Once during my stay i got a chance to visit the Cincinnati Zoo which is only 3 miles from the hotel. The elevators here work slowly. That is the only thing which I think should be corrected at this place.

Check in/out was a breeze. The wallpaper was bubbled and coming loose. It needs some work. The pool was really gross. I know it was close to closing for the winter but it was filthy. I also didn't care for the key card expiring before checkout. I was left with three kids eating their breakfast on the floor while I had to go back downstairs to the lobby to reactivate my key card. The reason we were going to eat in out room was because their eating area didn't have enough tables to sit and eat breakfast. I would still book a hotel through the same online travel website again however not this hotel.
