| Good location to airport, but some distance from downtown.Rooms are in good condition and staff is very good.Internet is NOT wireless in rooms, only in lobby. |

| The room as well as the bathroom was worn/dirty feeling. I had to lay a towel down on the chair before sitting, it was so dirty looking. Bathroom needs new taps, sink, wallpaper very dated. In my opinion, this is no more than a 2 star at the most. |

| Shuttle was quick and efficient. They filled up the morning airport shuttle and quickly wisked us away in a private car, their expense. Would stay here again if I find myself needing a hotel near the airport. You can take the bus from the hotel to the subway to downtown - takes less than an hour. |

| The Quality Hotel & Suites is well located & the staff are very friendly. Excellent Value . Free shuttle service to the airport & parking. The restaurant's menu is priced well. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

| This hotel is a good value for a business traveler but not very inviting for romantics or families. It is easy to find and very accessible from the highway. The carpet was dirty and stained and the beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. Also the electric receptacles were loose in the wall socket behind the coffee maker and we had to call maintenance to get the heater to work. He showed us how to jiggle the plug if we had the problem again. |

| For sleeping it was great. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Bathroom toliet seat was loose and shower drain was disconnected. There was no TV guide or listing of channels. |

| Difficult location - need a car; 2 doors at entry are manual and so close impossible to get in with luggage, long line up to check in, no food nearby or suitable equipment in room to cook. |

| We used this facility as a park sleep and fly to our south destination. We were pleased at the staff and the hotel. the shuttle was an hour wait to pick up from parking lot(they said there lot was full so we had to park at skyparks) however in the moring departure to the airport, the bus was full, so the manager called us a cab and the hotel paid for the bill! excellent! We will use this hotel AGAIN! |

| This hotel may have been renovated recently, but I can't see it. While they may have painted the walls, and replaced the carpets they did nothing else. The furniture in the room is easily 15 years old, scratched and worn down completely. Terrible. The TV barely worked and all the fixtures in the bathroom looked just terrible. Clean, but terrible. |

| Nice clean hotel in good location. Not good for business travel as no desk in room (table only) also, wireless internet was slow at times. |

| Stinky room. Check-in was very inefficient. The only good thing about this hotel is free parking. |
