the staff were very pleasant, & gave me a change of room as soon as I asked--tho the 2nd room also had the window unlockable & broken. Names of the Inns easily mixed up

Checking out and leaving. Right in flight path of airport. Not located in a very nice area. Internet password did not work, A/C did not work, however, both were repaired but it was a hassle. Of 14 floors, only one had a vending machine and no bottled water available. Poor service at bar.

First thing is that this hotel is not in the city of Toronto. It is located in the city of Etobicoke which is about 25 minutes from Toronto on highway drive. The address needs to be updated to Etobikoke. The wi-fi doesn?t work in the rooms. Overall I think the hotel misrepresents its services. The staff is very defensive and not very courteous toward the guests. They talked about other guests in a disrespectable manner. There is a lack of hospitably at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is out on vacation in Toronto area.

The room was comfortable and met our needs for a few short nights of sleep between meetings. No continental breakfast. There was a restaurant at the hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Staff was very helplful. There were some eating options not too far away.

Very clean and very courteous staff. Nothing. First time Priceline user. Very impressed. This hotel was listed as 2+ which I was a little concerned about. It exceeded my expectations and I would have given it at least a 3+. My spouse and I were traveling with my elderly parents and they were very comfortable.

Good location to airport, but some distance from downtown. Rooms are in good condition and staff is very good. Internet is NOT wireless in rooms, only in lobby.

The Quality Inn and Suites was easy to find and easy to get access to. The rooms were very clean and the resturant was outstanding. The only issue that I had was that there was no ice machine on my floor.

The Quality Hotel & Suites is well located & the staff are very friendly. Excellent Value . Free shuttle service to the airport & parking. The restaurant's menu is priced well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The quality Inn hotel was aq good hotel at a very good price. checking in was very easy and checking out was even easier and very fast. the nroom was clean and comfortable. the room was very spacious for the price. the location was good because it was close to the airport, but did not have any good sites around.

Served its purpose, did not wow me but was decent. The washrooms were not clean. The room had a slight musty odor on arrival which triggered a couple of allergies. Good for a short visit i.e. to sleep in.

"We used this facility as a park sleep and fly to our south destination. We were pleased at the staff and the hotel. the shuttle was an hour wait to pick up from parking lot(they said there lot was full so we had to park at skyparks) however in the moring departure to the airport, the bus was full, so the manager called us a cab and the hotel paid for the bill! excellent! We will use this hotel AGAIN!"
