The Quality Hotel was low quality, not high quality. There was no air conditioning, the furniture in the room was dingy, the free breakfast was disappointing, and most of the staff members were cold and unfriendly. Even more important, this hotel is located very far from the tourist area of Prague. There is a tram line conveniently located right outside the front door, but the much faster metro (subway)is a considerable distance away. To be fair, the hotel is a good bargain if the guest is adept at using the excellent (and inexpensive) mass transit system in Prague. A 24-hour ticket (good on all subways, trams, and buses) costs only 100 CZK. Do NOT take taxis!

Good price and free breakfast buffet with excellent variety. Rooms were plain without enough amenities: no bathtub, hairdryer, nor coffeemaker. We stay at this hotel because of the relative proximity to central Prague and price. The hotel was approx 5 miles from the tourist areas so we were forced to use transportation (the tram to the museum was 23 kronas per person per one way). The hotel is located in a rather residential area, limited (10 at the most?) free parking. There's a souvenir shop within however with limited hours; we had to use an ATM across the street to obtain Czech Kronas. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The rooms are decent size but with minimal amenities: no bathtub (just a shower), no hairdryer, and no coffeemaker. TV's small with limited channels. The service staff is friendly and helpful. We received a clean baby crib. The breakfast buffet did improve the overall experience. It was free within a large banquet room with plenty of food to include hot and cold items, meats, breads, and pastries. Apparently a large tour group was also there at the same time and the room was packed.

Unhelpful staff, not able to give directions, far from tourist attractions, 25 minutes by bus, 15 minute walk to subway and 15 ride. Unable to give any good directions.

Restaurant facilities. Staff should be more knowledgeable about general transportation services. This hotel was in a good location and well suited our needs. Our group consisted on children and elderly people and with the tram service just outside the doors of the hotel, it was a blessing.
