I enjoyed the breakfast and availability of coffee in the lobby area. The location - very close to the airport - and the terrific shuttle service was the biggest plus for me.

The Hotel was a little old, how ever the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, eateries and bars are close by, they have a shuttle service to and from airport. Downtown Philly was about $40.oo Taxi ride away. (Taxi's did take a while to arrive)

I found the Quality Hotel on Industrial Highway and when I went in they told me my reservations were at another Quality Hotel on the same road. This was more than confusing. The front desk gave me directions that led me nowhere. I drove around for about an hour. I called for directions and could not hear most of the comments and could not understand the the directions thru the Indian accent. It was getting dark. I gave up. I stayed at another hotel. This experience was awful!

This location is under a major change. According to staff the previous management did not do required improvements and the new is under a lot of presshure to bring the hotel up to code. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS IS THAT THIS LOCATION ADVERTISES A FREE BREAKFAST BUT WHEN WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS A COLD BREAKFAST WAS 10 AND HOT WAS 12!!!!!!!! THIS WAS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. ALSO I HAVE SLEPT ON STONE SOFTER THAN THE BED.

Quiet, clean, great price and right off I-95 outside Philly. Small channel selection and not the best TV reception.

The staff was great. But, the hotel itself was terribly tired and beat-up looking. Nasty stained frayed carpeting throughout the hotel, big chunks missing out of the scratched, dingy and sticky interior walls of the elevator, trim paint dirty and/or so worn that it was down to dirty bare wood in a lot of places. And, my pet peeve, a bathtub with no stopper although there was a stopper in the sink that was stuck closed so I had to pull the stopper out to get it to drain. A coffee maker with all the fixings except the glass coffee pot, electric outlets that didn't work, and the tv channel with the Olympics on it (NBC) had such terrible reception that it was hard to see what was going on on the screen. And clumped up dust globs in every vent/light covering, etc. I would not stay here again as it appeared there were better choices in the area.

My husband and I was very excited about visiting Philly, due to the historical sightseeing and world famous food. Therefore, I wasn't expecting too much glam out of the hotel. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting for my reservation to be lost/cancelled, soiled linen, beer BOTTLES under the sofa (only knew this because we had to move the sofa forward to look for an outlet), and the breakfast area was VERYYYY dirty. Now for the positive; 1) The Front Desk Staff were nice and tried to make up for the reservation mishap (which took over a hour to clear up). 2) Having coffee in the lobby made my day. 3) The diner (not Denny's) next door to the hotel has great food. 4) Another plus side was that we were able to reach the airport within 5-7 minutes. Freeways were mins. from the hotel.

Great location near the airport and the are isn't too bad. It's a great value hotel, if you're not expecting too much you'll be satisfied.

The thing that i liked most about this hotel was the fact that it had a very good breakfast that was free of charge. They offered a large selection on things that included, eggs, toast, mufins, orange juice, cranberry juice, yogurt, and even sausage. I also liked the fact that there was a fairly large pool. Something we didn't like was the fact that the room keys would sometimes not work. The room were pretty good and quite with a very comfortable bed.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport,but others waited 1 1/2 hrs. The hotel definetly needs an update, carpets are very stained. The breakfast was as bad as other people have reported. However, the hotel is no smoking, the room was clean and it was quiet. It would'nt be a good vacation hotel but for a quick overnight stay it was OK and I would stay there again.

This hotel has seen better days and is in dire need of a refurbishment. The furnishings and decor are dated by about 20 years. My room was acceptable. But for a small scuff on the wall, and slightly worn furniture, my room was clean and not unpleasant. In my slightly younger days I probably wouldn't have even noticed these relatively minor issues. The room had a faint air of mustiness, but it wasn't objectionable. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened to air out the room. Speaking of the windows they need to be cleaned. There were several cobwebs on the outside. Also the drapes couldn't be drawn so there was nothing to keep out the sunlight in the morning. The AC worked well and the choice of TV channels was fine. The common areas are really where this hotel falls short. The entire length of the hallway carpet is stained. It's quite embarrassing really. The "business center", a room off the main corridor with a couple of computers, had a strong smell of body odor. The entire place needs to be cleaned and ventilated. Even a bottle of Febreze would do wonders here. Breakfast was a slight disappointment when compared to other complimentary continental breakfasts I've had elsewhere. Mini bagels, danishes and muffins and bread for toast were offered. Cheerios was the only choice of cereal. They also had sausage patties that were fine, and eggs that I did not try. They also had containers of yogurt, orange and cranberry juice, coffee and tea. I was mostly disappointed that they didn't have fruit of any kind available. Considering there was no extra charge, I suppose I can't complain too much. It just would've been nice. If you can get past a few stains and don't expect much, it isn't the worst place in the world to stay especially for just one night.

Price. Long wait for free shuttle from airport, carpets needed sweeping and should be replaced, breakfast area was often without food because of lack of staff. We stayed in the hotel for a week. It had a shuttle to the airport which was to circle from airport to hotel every twenty minutes. However we were often by passed by the shuttle as it went to pick up airline crew members. The hotel needs a through cleaning. Carpets in the hall, public areas and restaurant looked filthy. Only once saw a staff sweeping in seven days.

This hotel was a little shabby in appearance and the staff was friendly but sparse. Lady at check in had a line of people (many were unhappy with the wait) to the door and had no help. She continued to be courteous and helpful despite this. On returning from our trip I called for the shuttle and confused the name Quality hotel for the Quality Inn Hotel. Caused us embarresment but the driver was kind enough to take us to the Quality hotel. This hotel was conveinient to the airport and was only necessary because of an early flight schedule. It suited our purpose but if I was staying in the area I would like something a little more attractive and in a better neighborhood.
