The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and it was within walking distance of many things. It seemed to be in sort of a rougher part of town - but that might just be Niagara Falls. We had a good experience at this hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly and it was within walking distance of the Falls and of a number of restaurants.

The price was right given the overall prices of hotels in Niagara Falls. It was located in an unpleasant part of town, and the parking lot was too small for all cars.

Very clean and nice decor, and I liked that it offered breakfast. Alittle further of a walk from the falls than I would have liked. Very clean with modern decor. Offered breakfast. Very close to Niagara falls, and Clifton Hill - the main activity street. Family friendly atmosphere.

The room is remodeled. Looks neat! There is a weird smell and no control for AC. The room is neat and re-modeled. The price is very reasonable. However, the location is not very good and there is a weird smell. There is additional charge for parking.

Room was surprisingly unique, modern and trendy. The fireplace and seating in the lounge were very attractive and welcoming. Staff friendly. The location is not the best and there were working girls just outside the hotel as we were coming in on the street. A very well maintained and trendy hotel. Well managed and a very surprisingly nice experience. Excellent for the price and I would stay there again.

Cleanliness, in-room coffee machine, location- only 10 minute walk to the falls. neighborhood just north of the hotel not family friendly-- lots of adult stores. Very pleased with room, service, and location. I would stay here again if I stayed in similar area. Given the limited time spent in the room, I found it a good price-value. Most important is the 2.5 star rating on Priceline was accurate reflection of the hotel.

WIFI connection was weak, no eating utensils, phone directory was not working, and foul odor in elevator and lobby (smells like horse manure)
