This is a Eurostar must. So convenient across the road from the station and so helpful with luggage store for late departures. Friendly service, decent breakfast, good bathroom and wireless internet throughout if you need it. With dozens of eating houses in a 500 metre radius and the metro and RER so handy this makes an excellent base for a visit to Paris.

Very good location (we came from Brussels to Paris by train and it was easy to find the hotel). Friendly staff. Breakfast was great!

OK hotel for a weekend. Service of staff was good, they spoke great english even when I tried my bad excuse for french. We seemed to get static shocks in the room when touching almost anything. (including each other). I think a carpet change is in order.

Honestly, it was promoted as a 4 stars. Nothing to complain, but it just seemed an honest 3 stars not being not so attentive to quality. Rooms was very small, even if the view from roof was poetic.

Perfect location for a short stay in Paris if arriving by Eurostar. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfasts at the hotel as there are numerous places to eat close by.

The lift is small, but that's the only thing that I can think against it. Excellent location, excellent breakfast. The staff was really helpful. Many restaurants around, a few supermarkets, metro station. This is a must for Eurostar travellers, as it is right around the corner from Gare du Nord.

The location is good, just in front of the train station. The room is well kept as well. There is also a chinese restaurant beside the hotel which is convenient for my parents who are used to eating chinese food. Ideal for those who has to catch the trains and do not mind paying more for the location.
