Thought this would be a great place to stay with kids-WRONG. The play area is dangerous; the netting was ripped, play tubes were wet and dirty. There was no heat in the pool/play area and was about 50 degrees in there. Since we didn't want to swim and risk hypothermia, the kids wanted to play in the arcade. The token machines were out of tokens, and finding a staff member to take care of this was impossibe. We ventured to our room to watch a movie and discovered there was no cable. (there were three channels to choose from) The bathroom and shower and were discusting. (the air vent did not work and there was mold building up). We spent the rest of our stay walking around the mall that was close by, slept in very uncomfortable beds, and got up and left as soon as we could.

dangerous for children in the play area. rude staff - not concerened with saftey issues - like netting on high play area torn down not even attached. loose wires near play area - electrical hazard. three room changes in order to find a room with heat.... (this is winter time)sauna did not work at allgames for the children only 1/2 worked....refund - refund....

I chose this Hotel for the swimming pool, hot tub and arcade since my grandkids were going to be with me. The arcade machines were old and worn, the pool water was too cool to the touch, therefore the kids would not swim, the whole arcade/pool area was cool temperature wise and the hot tub was not in service. The room was clean although worn looking. There were holes in the blankets and not all the outlets worked. On the plus side, my grands liked the breakfast, the staff were very pleasant /helpful and it was close to the mall. If more renovations were made, I think it could be a very nice hotel.

Our 15 family members stayed in 3 rooms for two nights for a large reunion. The place is a bit run down, but the kids loved it. We were supposed to have non-smoking rooms and only two were available for us. All three rooms had been smoked in and the smoking room was so bad that they had to give us a different room. The hallways stink. The pool/game area was wonderful for the kids and the adults were able to socialize in comfort. Price was OK for the overall experience. The breakfast was marginally worth what they charged for it, but no one went hungry. The place was overextended as showed in two ways--they were far short of room linens, where they rationed only two wash clothes per room and were short on bath towels as well (also were not able to keep pool towels in stock), and they were simply unable to keep the dirty dishes picked up in the restaurant. We have to move dirty dishes from several tables onto a single table in order for us to have somewhere to eat. Although not nice in many respects, I would stay here again because the kids loved it.

From non working lights to bare wires hanging out of the wall this place was just bad. The room had a terrible smell and was just not clean. Probably was a nice place in the 70's but needs alot of work.Took 2 phone calls to front desk and over 2 hrs to get clean towels ( I offered to get them myself but was told they were all out at front desk and laundry service would bring them to my rm). Would not even consider staying there again.
