No business center. No fridge in the room. Very poor amenities for a high price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 24 hour restaurant next door was convenient but the food was not very good. Overall stay, disappointed.

Ave du Parc is a nice location for a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. However, parking was a HUGE hassle. I've driven to Montreal many times and stayed in many hotels. I've even lived there for 5+ years. I'd spend the extra $$ to find a hotel with safe designated parking, and make sure that you can reserve a spot.

Carpet in room was dirty- had black globs stuck in it. Parking was a bit over priced and very difficult to get in and out if there were people coming in two directions.

Ideal location at good price. Noisy between rooms. This hotel is in a great location in Montreal. The staff were friendly but the insulation between rooms is not that great. Could here other guests returning late at night.

Location. Central to downtown Montreal. Hotel is in an older part of downtown.

Really good location. The dirtiest carpet ever, my socks were black and threw them out after. Nice people at the desk, helpful. Carpet was so dirty my socks were ruined, asked housekeeping to vacuum floor, don't think they did, needed a steam clean. Quiet hotel, can't hear outside noise.

Basic, clean, cheap andno useless extras. Unexpected $3 charge for bottle of water in room left in room. Had to request non smoking room. $3 charge for bottle of water was not obviously labeled.

The price was good and close to downtown Montreal. Had to pay for parking. The room was clean and fine. It was not extravagent. Within walking distance to the Bell Centre.

Location. The pillow is not comfortable. Good location, only 2 mins walk to subway and close to shopping area. The bed is not very comfortable, but if you look for good location, this hotel is a good choice.

The location was excellent be sure to have breakfast at Cora right across the street! NA. A straightforward and pleasant hotel, good for the casual leisure traveler on a budget. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are plenty big enough, and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, clean room and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a central location of downtown Montreal. It is attached to a 24-hour diner and is near to a grocery store, Metro station, 24-hour internet cafe as well as several nice restaurants. The room was clean and had a coffee machine, TV and local calls were free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. It was fairly bare-bones, as far as luxury is concerned, but a fantastic location.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice people on staff. The lobby was small and right on the street. No breakfast.

Location near destination. Parking was very tight. This is a standard Quality Inn.

It had an underground parking garage and was near the Metro station, and it was downtown. Getting around was easy. The housekeeping staff was a little hit or miss, though the place was certainly clean, some amenities were forgotten. This place was perfectly functional. The WiFi internet slowed down at night, and became pretty hard to use, but during the day it was fast enough. The housekeeping staff was a bit hit or miss, they took away extra towels one day even though we'd hung them up the way they said to in order to keep them. And they forgot to leave fresh shampoo or conditioner even though I was out. Nothing hugely a problem, just minor things. The location and parking garage for this hotel were perfect, though. It's only two blocks from a Metro station, and the parking was very secure. With a supermarket across the street, it was pretty much all we'd hoped for.

Location. Room had a funny smell. The room was nice, except that it smelled weird which made me feel like it was dirty. No perks, but quality place.

Location, size of bed, size of room, cleanliness. There was a faint, but weird smell to the room. This no frills hotel was great - if all you want it for is sleeping. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, there was a desk, a couch, a mini fridge, TV. They don't have a pool or a gym. Location was important to us and the location is great. Walking distance to St. Laurent, St. Denis, Mont Royal, McGill Ghetto, the Mile End and Plateau neighborhoods. Not far from the Metro. I totally recommend it.
