Would stay here again. Convenient location( 2 blocks to downtown restaurants, 1 block to beach). We had room on 3rd floor, quiet room with double beds (comfortable bed), clean, complimentary breakfast, internet access, adjoining bar(mostly for students). Ask for a room on the other side of bar which adjoins hotel. Shuttle to Casino Rama available, hot tub. Drawback, no elevator but only 3 floors.

The Quality Hotel Champlain Waterfront was the worst experiance I have ever had at a hotel. The room and staff were fine but hotel has a bar in it, my room was beside the outside patio of the bar. At 2:30am I went to complain about the loud music still playing, all the desk clerk said was yes it is loud but they will stop soon. At 3:15am after the patrons left the bar it was quiet, but I was so ticked off it was impossible to go to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing. Poor food quality, poor general appearance, poor service, poor room condition, broken hot tub, andpoor gym facilities. Too expensive for what you get. Better off paying 10 to 20% more and getting 100% more value.

The hotel is very nice. It is a waterfront hotel and it is very beutiful, the beds are very confortable and the hotel is very clean. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. We will be coming back to the hotel.

Room was clean. Room very small. Clean room. Arrived late at night and left early in morning so did not really look around or use any other services. Breakfast did not look like anything special just bagels etc. but we did not try. Room was very small.

Close to a couple good restaurants, easy to get around town. This hotel is okay for business travelers or people without children.

The bed although only a double, was relatively comfortable. Less than friendly staff; small, hot room; noisy location (late into the night). Very disappointing.

It was close to the Boardwalk and the downtown. Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to a King bed. This was a very convenient, clean hotel close to the waterfront and an interesting downtown. We knew it would not be a 5* but would serve our needs. We enjoyed our stay in Orillia.

Location was good-. Very small rooms. Within walking distance of restaurants, Downtown, waterfront, and marina. Staff very helpful. The rooms are extremely small, and beds are doubles or singles only. Outdoor bar was very noisy-loud music.
Date of Stay:

Breakfast provided. The hot tab did not work.

The bathroom was clean. The location was good. No elevator. We only stayed for 5 hours to sleep and slept well. No real complaints except that there was no elevator which is not good for traveling with luggage.

The room was small but very cozy and the --bed was a dream--very comfortable. The stairs. My wife and I were very comfortable the room was spotless as well the bathroom was squeaky clean. I slept solo good on that king size bed! We found the staff to be quite friendly---hey Nancy! The hotel is situated steps away from the waterfront and boardwalk. All in all we had a wonderful stay --- the only downfall---the stairs.

It is attached to a bar with paper thin walls. The music/noise from the bar was horrible it didn't stop pounding untill almost 3am the staff didn't seem very bright either. Would never stay there again or recommend it.
