Generous continental breakfast provided. Good Hotel. Under renovation. Excellent location. My room was one of the recently refurbished. One suggestion. Hotel should install rubber mats or strips in bathtubs. Several times I was close to slipping.

The hotel is loud with little or no soundproofing. We had the misfortune of staying there while there was a group of poorly supervised preteens staying there. They chose to run back and forth between rooms all night and we were subjected to banging doors and loud children all night long. The hotel staff did respond to our complaints in a timely manner, but were unable to correct the situation. Bottom line for us, no sleep after a long drive. The following morning we discovered a filthy bathtub. It took housekeeping over an hour to respond to that complaint, and when they did the housekeeper choose to get mouthy with us because we had complained. The overall cleanliness of the room was less than acceptable. One bath towel for two guests. Poorly functioning mini fridge (coulldn't even keep our water cold let alone freeze anything.) The pool is over chloronated to the point of burning your eyes when you enter the pool area. We were offered a fifteen dollar discount to compensate us for our trouble. That's five dollars off the rate per night. Had gas not been so expensive, I would have slept in my car. Think very carefully before you stay here!

Nice breakfast room with a good selection of food and convenient hours. The pool and fitness center closed for renovations. The breakfast room was great for a family starting out the day, with appropriate food for adults and children, as well as convenient times. This hotel was further from Toronto than expected and a lot of vacation time. Gas was lost driving into and out of the city. The restaurant was pricey for an economy hotel. It is not expedient to get back on the highway from the hotel, as it sits on a divided road.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is accomodating for pets!!! Other than that, the building is tired and in need of updating. Not very clean throughout building - and rooms didn't feel very sanitary. Mold on ceiling above tub. Very dark rooms. Room seemed quite small.

Staff very friendly 7 helpful. The was plaster dust everywhere & noise due to construction. Ice machine & elevator didn't work. Room was very old & dingy, holes in bedspread, the sink was coming loose. For the same amt we could've stayed somewhere a lot better close by. Food & staff were great, maybe Id try again if it wasn't such a mess!

2.5 Star. Very Clean! Great price. 2nd Flr room perfect. King bed very comfy. TV/Cable excellent. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and professional service at front desk and at continental breakfast room (3rd flr). Rating mainly based on age of hotel and HVAC.

The resturant next door was excellent. The room had a bad odor and the lights didn't have a toogle switch to turn them on.

Proximity to the highway. The continental breakfast was very disorganized and sloppy. I would stay at this hotel again because of the location and convenience to Toronto and Niagara Falls.
