Excellent food good service, a really great location for visiting attractions in the area. Good motorway access and easy to find. The only down side it's a little tired and the decor needs updating otherwise no complaints. Would definately use the Quality Hotel Birmingham again.

A first class hotel whose staff were very helpful in meeting the needs of the guests.

The hotel and staff were good, however, do check your booking as everyone I travelled with had had some problem with their booking.

A few things that I found bad one was the furniture in the rooms. The chairs are old and have collapsed in the middle so that you sit in a hole in the chair. Some of the carpets in the passage ways are old and frayed. The food was of a reasonable standard but there was no fruit yoghurt, only plain to have for breakfast. The fried eggs sat in a pool of oil on the plate you served from.

The Quality Hotel Birmingham is very good value for money. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast is first class and is buffet style. Only draw back of the hotel is that it is on split levels and has a lot of stairs. Other than that I would recommend it

I had booked and paid for two nights, but when I arrived the booking was only for one night. Because I had all my paperwork with me this was very soon sorted out (the hotel took photo copies of all my paperwork) If I had not taken all this information with me it might have been a different story. I had stayed at the same Hotel before it changed hands I do not feel that there has been any improvement which is a great pity. The staff were pleasent enough but I think it lacked something.
