Compared to the cost of other hotels and the quality of these i have booked through this site, this hotel was not to the standard of others. It does need to be said that this was during the Grand Prix so prices were higher. This hotel however is usually about this price, i have stayed here years ago in a much nicer room, so unsure if usually the room is of higher quality, however would not pay this in future for the room i had. Must say though The foyer of the hotel was lovely and The staff at the front desk were as well.

Great location and reservation was handled professionally with the least amount of fuss. The apartment had all the things you needed........but would have been better if there was another 'loo' though!! (lol) Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone (Parents and two kids, married couple and two mates going to a rock concert...(us) ) and anyone else wishing to stay in Melbourne, for a night or more.

Great location. Friendly staff. Average restaurant- bar food. Excellent location, within 3 minutes of Southern Cross Bus Station and Sky bus, easy walking distance to central city attractions. 5 minute walk to Telstra Dome for footy games! Friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms. Internet access from room is not included and is $20/day.

The location was pretty good. We stayed twin room, but the room which the hotel first assgined had NO window and looked like a room in the hospital. We requested the another room, which was OK but still so small. My friedn stayed in the double standard room, which is also small but looked better.

Good location. Overpriced food and internet. The hotel is adequate, clean and in a good location for getting around downtown. Although the room is quite small. The internet is extremely expensive and should be included with the room. The food was good, but overpriced.

Although we enjoyed our stay it started badly with a rude older gentleman on reception. The room we were allocated for 4 adults had a dirty coffee table and on entry appeared to have only a king and single bed. On reporting this we were rudely told there was another bed which was folded into a cupboard - too bad we couldn't see behind walls. Have to say that all other staff members were extremely helpful and made up for bad start.

Excellent location - next to main railway station in the heart of Melbourne CBD (where the express bus from the airport stops). Staff very helpful, even though we didn't arrive until nearly midnight. Room was smallish but quite adequate and well-equipped. We only paid $105 (through [your website]) which was very reasonable.
