Business accommodation at late noticeI booked this hotel on the day of travel - I needed somewhere close to my next day appointment with sufficient secure free parking. The room was adequate - it was advertised as a superior double - the bathroom was very tight with the smallest of shelves to put your toilet bag on - in fact I could only get my toothbrush holder with toothpaste on the shelf. The towel rail on the shower unit had only one fixing so that when the towel was put on the rail it gave way and allowed the towel to fall to the floor - I would not have wanted to have two people using this bathrooom. The bedroom was clean but my room faced rooftops and the airconditioning or extrtactor fan on the room - one curtain was not secured properly and was hanging down. I ate in when I arrived - I requested chicken with vegetables of the day - I was told that they did not have any vegetables and would chips be okay. The food was average and served hot and service was relatively quick.

i don't normally leave a review but had read a couple of negative comments about this hotel. I stayed in an executive double room for 2 nights and found the room to be clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was modern but slightly cramped.

This is a decent hotel offering good value for the amount we paid through Late Rooms (£45 per room). It would struggle to offer value at the rack rate of £95 as it is only a few notches above a lodge. Though it provided a full range of facilities including bar, dining room and breakfast it is short on staff. The night of our arrival the receptionist coupled her duties with being barmaid and waitress. There were only 2 front of house staff on duty when we left.It suited our purposes perfectly but it is not situated in a good area for the airport.

Surprisingly modernWe only booked this hotel because we had an early Luton departure. Only 10 mins drive to the airport at 0500am. Really modern. Renovation was rushed however in the bathroom as no head height to use the toilet and finish on joints badly done. Be aware, no lift in early departure (maybe to not disturb other clients).

I have never had to give a bad review in the two years that i have been dealing with Late Rooms, but this hotel was pretty poor. I had to unblock the shower tray whilst having a shower as the water wasn`t draining away, the tiles on the bathroom floor were broken and had sharp edges. When i came to have a shave in the morning i found the plug in the sink wasn`t working so had to rinse my razor under running water not very green !! The room was classed as an executive double but i had to screw the 2 halves of the bed together before i could go to bed !

Business stop overAs a employee of Vauxhall, My team and I visit Vauxhall in luton many times a year.I booked in the quality for 2 nights. On my arrival 2 members of staff were too busy watching the tv in the customer waiting area to notice a customer had arrived. My room was extremely small and looked like it had been decorated by a child, the feature wall had spread to the ceiling and two other walls. I decided to have a shave before I went out to dinner to find the plug in the sink had broken. I had to use a plastic cup to hold the hot water to shave in. I then took a shower to find the plug in the shower was blocking, causes a flood in the shower tray. This was obviously not a new problem as the shower tray had a tide mark. I left for dinner and returned to sleep. In the morning the breakfast was ok. I had meetings all day and asked about a evening meal and the man on reception didn't know what the procedure was to book dinner. On my return from my meeting I checked out a day early and went to the premier Inn, which was fantastic compared to the "quality" I did bring these issues to the attention of the receptionist at the time but he didn't seem to concerned and still charged me for a 2 night stay.

A Bit NoiseyThe room i was give was modern clean very nice, until i tried to close the window there was a 2inch gap around it i though not a problem it was a warm night. At about 7 oclock there was a lot of noise coming from a car park at the rear, not the hotels car park. It was the local hodies hang out there was about 15 of them and two cars with massive stereos playing bangra music i couldnt hear the TV even on full for the noise this carried on until 11.30. I informed reception the next day about the window when i returned from work they informed me they couldnt fix it so i was allocted another room i requested away from the local hoodies hang out so i had a peacfull nights sleep for the restof my stay. The hotel is clean modern but the bar area is deserted and lacking atmosphere you fell like you are imposing on the staff if you ask for anything. Not for me !

not an airport hotelyou get what you pay for here. the room was excellent, although next to a busy road. the bar facilities are at best average, so book the hotel if its just a room you need. however i struggle with the airport hotel description. i booked for reasons other than it being close to the airport, but for those that have flights in mind.....its not next to the airport. Luton is not that big, but it was a good drive aiport to hotel. when traffic is heavy i can imagine it is a long way. apart from a rubbish bar and TV (not great if you want to watch Man U v Arsenal), the room was good. Also the curry i ordered was excellent. freshly cooked. however....just watch you flight time.

Staff were probably the unfriendliest I have experienced in a hotel, none of them smiled or made you feel welcome.Room was very small for a double, was ok for me as I was alone but would be very small for a couple.Only good thing here was free internet access.

Business Overnight StayI was very impressed with the value for money this hotel presented. The room I stayed in had been recently refurbished and it was very pleasant - very nice flat screen TV & an excellent power shower. Only negative comments - the room was on the small side and the wireless internet did not function in the room. Overall, very nice and pleasantly suprised.

Not an Airport LocationNice hotel but the name should be changed by trading standards, it should be Town Centre not Airport. WiFi in rooms does not work well, when phoned reception they just said I should come to reception to pick up a ethernet cable.

Stayed here as was going to a ritirement dinner in Luton. The room we were checked into didn't have any heating but an electric heater, the receptionist on duty moved us straight away when we mentioned it and was very helpful. The breakfast the next morning was £8 each which wasn't worth money what so ever, was very small and no options for vegetarians. The juices were warm and tasted very strong. We heard the waitess microwaving everything and crashing about in the kitchen. The breakfast waitress was very grumpy and rude. When we checked out and paid for breakfast, the manager (we think) was behind the desk looking very miserable and opening up a packet of cigarettes which didn't look very professional.
