Excellent hotel - could not fault it. Very efficient service of shuttle bus to and from 24 hours as well as parking facilities. Smoke free and great food. Reasonably priced and little noise into rooms as watch aircraft taking off through facing airport room! Big bonus.

As we had a very early flight, it was very convenient to be able to have a 3.30 am light breakfast in our room before catching the comlimentary shuttle direct to the airport. Worked like clockwork.

A really friendly, clean hotel.. good food, pub within walking distance. Drawback is distance from Edinburgh.. must shuttle to airport for city bus or expensive taxi from hotel. great transit location or with personal car for touring area

It has that same slightly run-down look and feel. Hotel is at the end of a long drive through a mostly industrialized group of streets near the airport. Parking is controlled, but as a guest they validate (in/out privileges). Staff seemed friendly and helpful, but overworked. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, the lobby bar does food too. Not bad, reasonable price. The room was larger than the one I had at the Hilton, with plenty of room. Unlike the Hilton, no bus stop nearby, and too far from the airport to walk. Hotel advertises WiFi Internet in the rooms, but in fact its only available in some rooms. Signal is too weak to reach all rooms. Be sure your room gets good reception before you pay Boingo for access, as they won't refund your money if your access (as mine was) is so weak that you can't actually access anything.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful at all times, particularly in the restaurant. Even under pressure they were unfailingly cheerful and pleasant.
