Great deal in Calgary during the Stampede. Courteous staff, clean rooms, although a little aged. Good experience overall.

It was new, clean, and its location is excellent. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Other than the smoking issue, the hotel was very good. It was clean, and comfortable with pleasant and professional staff. The location of this hotel in proximity to the airport is excellent.

where do i start? what to like: the staff was helpful and nice, the free airport shuttle was great, and monty's crab shack was the best restaurant in an area that had nothing. what not to like: the walls are paper thin, so you can here and smell everything. people smoking on non smoking floors, and not just cigarettes, with the odor coming thru the room. Babies crying all hours of the night and day keep you up. small rooms. old facilities. free wireless that rarely works when you need it. small bathroom room that requires you to sit sideways b/c the door opens in.

efficient staff, good airport shuttle even at very early hours, good fruit, coffe and pastries available at 4AM. there was some noise from the ventilation system near my room on the top floor.

Driving up facility it looked scary and run down -(almost told the driver to keep going when I pulled up). Once inside I felt better, it was clean and staff was very warm. Room was a typical hotel room (liked having coffee and refrig) and bed was very comfy. Restaurant/bar appearance was okay. Liked having several options for casual dining w/i walking distance. Wireless did not always work and overhead other guests w/same complaint. Overall, the outside appearance was a big turn off but thankfully that was the worst to get past.

This hotel is a little run down. It had confortable beds and the rooms were quiet but the price was good. I waould stay here again if I was on a budget.

Location, general appearance, well-kept. Some staff not too polite, slamming doors, very noisy traffic intersection nearby. Good hotel for the price. Guest room doors are extremely noisy. Very busy, noisy traffic intersection nearby all hours of the night. Adult establishments on property. Police crime problem / warning sign posted out in front. Overall, very well kept and clean. Bar/ restaurant is very nice, but food was ok. Decent hotel for a quick stay, but wouldn't recommend for extended periods.

the hotel was very comfortable, the room was a great size, hotel staff were both very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival i asked for a cot and one was brought up with in minutes. we also had room service from the onsite restaurant and the service was fantastic along with the food which was priced pretty reasionable. we are planning on staying at this hotel again in December as we were happy with our experiance.

The Quality Inn Calgary Airport was exactly what we needed - a clean place to stay that was convenient to both downtown Calgary and the airport. We did not take advantage of on-site dining or other amenities. although the hotel was located in a less than scenic light industrial area we were given a top floor room with a nice view of the city.
