| Great location and reservation was handled professionally with the least amount of fuss. The apartment had all the things you needed........but would have been better if there was another 'loo' though!! (lol) Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone (Parents and two kids, married couple and two mates going to a rock concert...(us) ) and anyone else wishing to stay in Melbourne, for a night or more. |

| Excellent location, within 3 minutes of Southern Cross Bus Station and Sky bus, easy walking distance to central city attractions. 5 minute walk to Telstra Dome for footy games! Friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms. Internet access from room is not included and is $20/day. |

| The hotel is adequate, clean and in a good location for getting around downtown. Although the room is quite small. The internet is extremely expensive and should be included with the room. The food was good, but overpriced. |

| We chose the standard room which was very small but not bad to stay in for one night until the people in the next room arrived at their room at 11pm and we could hear them talking to each other as if they were right beside us. However when i complained to reception staff they were very kind and moved us to a club room which we thouroughly recommend. Club room is larger and quieter. We will definitely stay here again though not in a standard room. |

| Right opposite Spencer street station and only a short walk from Skybus. Basic twin room was small but OK for one night. Restaurant and bar was good. |

| 6 blokes in town for the F1 GP, had 2 apartments. Great location for trams to the track and also the Adult clubs and Casino at night. Only thing we could fault is that they didn't do the dishes in the apartments Would recomend the loaction |

| I stayed on the 4th level, in a quiet, comfortable room. Room service food quality was very good, and food was delivered promptly. The buffet breakfast was also very good. |

| An ideal place from which to visit Melbourne. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely stay there again. |

| Would stay here again, but would ask for a higher floor away from lift. Quite noisy in front bedroom, due to being next to main corridor to the lifts from reception |

| Quality Batman's Apartmants are very good, clean and close to everything, cleaning staff were excellent and managment service was great at the beginning.. After 7 of our party were caught in the lift for 45 minutes the service from the managment staff went down hill very fast.. |

| to be honest...there standard room is like a prison cell ( not that either of us have been in prison ) !..small , cramped , down in the basement , great view ( brick wall and generator ), noisy , didnt sleep at all !!...however...will be back again! location location !!....but in a different room !!...payed the same price for a clubroom 4 months before...and ended up this time in a standard room !....wanted $30 for an upgrade...no way ! after all that......we will be back again , an try our luck , for the last time. steve and tonia gundry ( australia ) |
