The Quail Hollow Resort is a very family friendly hotel. It has a decent size pool which kids enjoy a lot. The breakfast is good but kind of pricy. The lounge is very nice for adults. It becomes our home when we go back to Ohio to visit family. I would definitely recommend it to other people who are traveling with kids.

Size, decor and maintenance of public areas including lobby, pools and restaurants.. Entire Service staff and housekeeping require a complete overhaul, including.

Very clean rooms, quality amenities, friendly staff, and quaint yet convenient location. No complaints at all. I am very pleased with this resort. It is in a great location and has easy access to shopping and the interstate. The decor is lovely - modern with rustic touches. The fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and spa exceeded my expectations. My room was comfortable and featured a marble shower. I did not golf at the adjacent course, but they looked very well maintained.

Very clean. Nothing. The Quail Hollow Resort was a very nice, clean resort with very friendly staff. I highly recommend it to those that will be in the NE Cleveland/Painsville Oh area.

Thoughtful decorations heavenly bed & marbled bathroom! No hot water at 1am when we arrived but was available at 8 am coffee suppliedwas soso! Cheerful and accommodating staff. Swift check in & check out both times we stayed here. Can't beat the price for a 3 star resort. Our short stay didn't allow for using their beautiful pool & hot tub or numerous restaurant options offered. Forgot toothbrush & was kindly offered free disposables & toothpaste!

Beautiful location. Food in hotel was very expensive. It was very beautiful, friendly staff and nice rooms, though the one we were in was in a bad location (no view) except a wall.

The person who checked me out was professional in her manner and appearance. This hotel and it's front desk staff is professional and courteous. I normally don't eat at hotel restaurants but the dinner I had there was terrific!

Everything! Wonderful stay, great staff and really good price.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was outdated/no DVD player/movies very expensive to order. When you first walk in it is very grand. Our room was small and had an old TV. We decided to go to the hotel early and watch a movie there. We realized that a movie to order would be 13.99. They did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were being renovated, that was disappointing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though.

Very attractive over all, lovely staff and very clean. I didn't like that the hotel staff tried to clean my room before I checked out. I found the hotel to be quaint and lavish. I appreciated the interior, cleanliness, and hospitality received.

Very easy to check in and out, not too formal, clean and pleasant, nice lobby and restaurant/steak house. Bed not that comfy, and the room decor is outdated.

Attractive, quiet, plenty of parking. This was our second stay here and it probably won't be our last.

The comforter and pillows were excellent! The power went out one morning. Luckily it was back on by 6 a.m. This hotel was quite comfortable and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again. I was in a room in the very back of the hotel which was quiet. It was a very long walk to the restaurant.

Quiet and clean. Did not find that out yet. I loved this place as soon as I arrived. I can only tell you that everything was perfect from the moment I came in to the moment I left. The staff were of excellent service too. I will love to go back again soon.
