The bathroom inside the room was terrible: it was old and corroded by rust. There was a strong stink from the WC. Air conditioning at our floor didn't work and it was too hot for breathing. The beds are always separated and not comfortable. The conciergie was not very professional with our reservation because they didn't know anything about it. The breakfast was not so bad, but in general not satisfactory as regards the high expensive price. The best thing is the Italian Restaurant inside the Hotel because we ate very well. Another good thing is that the Hotel is not far from the main tourist places in Cairo.

Hotel Pyramisa was what we needed in a hotel for our brief stay - clean, functional, short walk to restaurants and to the metro which is worth using (especially for the Egyptian Museum), helpful when we needed a cab, very nice breakfast (was included in our rates)

The hotel rooms do not correspond to a 5 star hotel at all. Bad smell in the corridors, rooms furniture is old, nothing available in the mini bar.I had a very early arrival and the venere reservation was cancelled. Hotel drivers always say they have no change so be sure to have smaller bank notes.

Pyramisa is a nice hotel located near many of Cairos attractions and a short taxi ride to downtown and the pyramids. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. The staff are friendly and the food is OK. The free breakast was good witha choice for veggies too!
