| The Hotel has very very few non-smoking rooms. Request made through online booking service for non-smoking room was claimed didn’t reflect on hotel’s check-in system.
End up staying in a room that is for heavy smokers. This happened the second time & second year which we booked through the same online booking service.
Hence, we had to sleep and breath in a smelly (will this affect health?) room. It became a torture instead of pleasure as we supposed to have had a short break and relaxation from work! I would never check in into that hotel again! |

| The Rooms are spacious. Facilities are good but staff efficiency is low. It took me more than 45 minutes to complete the check in procedures for a room. Breakfast and dinning facilities are below standard. |

| Reception Staff were friendly but not very forth coming in giving better services. Kudos to the Fitness Staffs who showed good initiative in making me and my children comfortable using the gym and sauna facilities. Location was good as it was quite central but you must be familiar to the routes to navigate yourself back to the hotel. |

| Johor is not a great tourist place compared to Penang but it suited us after a long trip to Europe. The hotel is used by conference groups with a huge conference centre next door. Plazas nearby had good shopping and restaurants. The very expensive internet access in the room was a problem for us. Web access in a nearby plaza was a fraction of the price. Travellers need internet access as much as a TV these days. |
