The Put in Bay Resort and Conference Center was a very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable. I think the staff could be more accomodating. We rented a golf cart for a day. However, after check out we needed to walk to the ferry- with three children and luggage. While this was feasible, it would have been a great help to have the staff off to drive us to the ferry. We saw staff members drive past us to pick up other golf carts-they could easily have taken us on one. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find, but it could try harder to accomodate families.

It had a very nice pool area. We were in a smoking room and all of our clothes smelled like smoke! I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to my friends. The room was much overpriced and not worth the money.

the swim up bar was sweet.I believe the bar seved sandwiches and the drinks where delicious. The hotel was a short walk to all the resteraunts and bars. We even walked to the winery in less than 5 min. the breakfast was a bit of a joke, but considering the location and price and the very friendly and helpful staff ,I was fine with a danish and a cup of cofffe.

Everything was clean andneat. Staff wasfriendly and helpful. No microwave in room. Everyone was pleasant, willing to accommodate any request we had. Would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again if we go back to PIB.
