Roberto and his family were wonderful hosts and helped us with any needs we requred, especially Roberto local knowledge of the area. Especially loved the fruit at breakfast out of the garden. The location was beyond our expectations and the view from our bedroom was breathtaking. We enjoyed many walks during our stay made easy by the well marked walking tracks between villages. It was also very convenient having the bus stop right outside. The summer bus timetable was regular and mostly punctual but not sure how it would be during the off season and I know that some of the buses and ferry from Amalfi do not operate. Would definitely recommend to others and will return ourselves if we have the opportunity.

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to stay in this area of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast is rather meagre and I think they should offer fruit or juice and an egg or yogurt at no extra cost.

The property is stunningly beautiful, Roberto is incredibly helpful and welcoming, the rooms are large and well-appointed -- what more could you ask for? The walk to and from Atrani and Amalfi is no problem (actually beautiful and enjoyable) if you're in decent shape and don't mind some stairs.

Punta Civita was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the views breathtaking. We were able to undertake some marvellous walks. Roberto was an extremely kind and gracious host and we could not have asked for a more pleasant environment. The property is on the bus route from Amalfi to Ravello and it took us abour 15 minutes to walk down to Amalfi but 30 minutes to climb the stairs back up!

beautiful accomodation with spectacular view in 3 of the 4 rooms. The only downside is the location...which if you dont mind a LOT of steps down to Amalfi and up to Ravello is not a problem...but otherwise the B and B is a little inconvenient. We did not have a car, and walked or took taxis...which was fine for us, as we like to hike. This was definitely one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip.

Our stay at Punta Civita was heavenly. Roberto, the owner/manager, was so helpful and friendly. Great location, beautiful view, outstanding breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea. It was our favorite stay during our travels along the Amalfi Coast and Sicily. Punta Civita should be included in Karen Brown's book - a perfectly charming B&B!

We hated to LEAVE our host's, Roberto, lovely Punta Civita!!! We could have stayed our whole 2 more weeks right there enjoying ourselves and relaxing. Roberto is a most gracious and friendly host, offering his help for anything needed. It took us 3 tries to actually locate the gate for Punta Civita, but oh, it's soooo well worth it. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! The property was in full bloom with flowers and folage. I just can't say enough wonderful compliments for this place. Indeed, we will plan to come back & next time, we'll want to stay more than 2 nights. We'd like at least a week to just relax, soak up the ambiance, and enjoy Roberto's kind company.

Our stay at Punta Civita was by far the best of our entire visit to the Amalfi. Even though it is located in between Amalfi and Ravello, there is a bus stop at the gate of the B&B. Roberto was very friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace was spectacular. And we were able to have wine shipped from the winery next door. It was my best birthday ever! Overall, Punta Civita is a very welcoming, confortable and relaxing B&B where I would stay at again.

Roberto is the most gracious host you'll find. He can suggest itineraries and give you directions. The property was immaculate, and the rooms are very spacious. We had a car, which was very handy since the property is not in Ravello itself, but is only a few kilometers (a steep climb up) from Amari. There wasn't anything we needed that Roberto didn't quickly respond to. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place, breathtaking view from terrace. Staff very sociable and helpful. A bit expensive, but on average for the location. Not very easy to reach without a car.

If you are looking to stay in the Amalfi Coast, don't look any further. Roberto was great, the location of the property is beautiful and very convenient to Ravello, Atrani and Amalfi.

Roberto and his staff made us feel extremely welcome from the minute we arrived and our stay there was a very pleasant one. The view from the bedrooms and terrace is simply stunning. I thoroughly recommend this property. One thing to note is that it's on the made road between Amalfi and Ravello and so you'll need to know the bus timetable/use taxis.

Great views from the breakfast deck. Room was clean. Breakfast adequate and in line with the type of meal you get around Italy. Roberto was knowledgable and very helpful. Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee (kitchen was adjacent to the room but this facilty wasn't available). The B&B is a steep walk down to the nearby village and it's not always convenient to have to go out for a coffee.

A most pleasant surprise to find such high standards in what is classed as a B&B. The proprietor could not have been more helpful. I would reccomend Punta Civita to anyone without hesitation. Geral F Hambidge

It's a great property- beautifully situated. The breakfast area overlooking the bay is superlative..unbeatable. Two things, though, needed to be pointed out: (1)The property is at Punta Civita and not Ravello. Those taking the bus must point this out to the driver and (2) Roberto, the innkeeper, does not accept credit cards. Neither was mentioned on the web site. Other than that, Ravello is a wonderful change from the hustle and bustle of touristic Amalfi and the albergo itself is a beautiful property with excellent facilities.

On our trip to Rome, Bay of Naples and Amalfi Coast we stayed at 5 'venere' properties. All good but this was definitely the favourite. It was situated on the bus route between Amalfi and Ravello. However as the bus only ran until 22:00 a car would have been useful. However if not Roberto will be able to recommend a couple of good restaurants in the very unspoilt village of Atrani. Beautiful view of the sea and lovely gardens complete with lemon trees. A bottle of local wine could be purchased from the winery over the road and enjoyed on the balcony - a perfect way to start the evening!!
