I have stayed in the punthill apartments with my girlfriends a few times now and everytime we have been, we are happy with the service from the staff, the cleanliness, facilities, prices and where it is situated. it is across from shops, cafes/restaurants. we have been happy everytime and highly recommend punt hill apartments to everyone!

I was disappointed with this hotel after staying at the far better Punt Hill Manhattan further up the street. The rooms were tired and poorly laid out. The kitchen wasn't well supplied. The bedding was old and the cleaning hadn't been done properly.

Excellent value, close to facilities, transport, coffe shops and other necesities. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to the tour I was joining

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the apartment was spacious and contained everything you would need for a stay in Melbourne. It was close to the station with plenty of eating outlets nearby. One set of curtains in the lounge area did not close and the lift was old and slow, but I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a few days during the Australian Open, we didn't spend much time in the room but found it to be clean and well equipped. I would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Punt hill Flinders Lane Melbourne. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although we were very glad to have a park at a price of course it was very tight and it did not help that we had a large ute. The proximity to all central activities was fantastic. The room was very very clean and spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee to aid our addiction to both. The kitchen was well placed and the fridge was big enough to put in our food. The only outlook was a brick wall but that did not deter us from having a very lovely stay. We certainly recommend to all.

A very pleasant hotel, located centrally and easy to walk to the MCG for the Grand Final. We have never found any Punt Hill properties to be unacceptable.

This is a great place to stay in Melbourne. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. There are lots of great cafes in nearby alleys. The location is close to Flinder's Street as well as Swanston St and Elizabeth St trams. Coles Express just around the corner for buying suplies. Yes the floors are a bit squeaky and there is some noise from the street but no more than other CBD hotels. Would definitely stay here again.
