Hair dryer didn't work and it was fixed immediately. Restaurant nice and service was very good.

Great location it was right downtown easy to find and the staff was very friendly. They are doing some remodeling so there was a little bit of construction noise during the days - but that is expected with change. Free drinks we a ++++ and the breakfast was nice too - overall a good visit.

Was enjoying my vacation. A water main broke the last evening we were there and the entire town did not have water. I was understanding that it was out of their control. However, when we woke up the next morning, the usual continental breakfast which was included in our package was not available due to boiling water restrictions. However, the staff did not offer any juice or donuts. When we asked why we were expected to pay full price when it was obvious they didn't even attempt to try to live up to there end of of the deal. The staff was rude and told us we would have to speak to the manager who was suppose to be in at 7:00 and it was already 7:30. Very disappointed!!!

Right in the heart of this bustling small city. Walk to great shops, dining and entertainment. It is an excellent getaway! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Pullman Plaza! My daughter is a student at Marshall University (Go Herd!) and the Pullman is the only place I'll stay!

The hotel was conviently located to several restaurants and things to do. I appreciated the quick shuttle service.

The Pullman Plaza is located in the heart of the city. Checking in and out was a breez. Also, I was in walking distance to bars, restaurants, theatres, etc. My room was exceptionally nice with a beautiful view of the river and a complimentary full breakfast each morning and free cocktails each evening. I'm sure I will be staying at the Pullman Plaza on my next trip to Huntington.
