Stayed one night in Puerta de Granadas and had a wonderful time. Staff was incredibly helpful, and even though the rooms were small they had everything we needed.

THe Hotel was small and well located close to the Plaza Nuevas, so right in the heart of things. The rooms were small but completely adequate, well laid out and the furnishings and fittings were all new. One of the best things was the small terrace at the back which was an oasis of calm in the midst of the rush of the city - they were happy for you to bring food/drinks from outside and to sit on the terrace relaxing. Information at the front desk at check in was great too. Free internet access too.

We think this is an excellent hotel is in the centre of the city and near the Alhambra. The staff is very helpfull and there is free internet available. The indoor rooms are small and have no windows. But the other rooms are very good. The bathrooms are a little bit small, but clean like the rest of the room.

What a great find! Great location - very close to the Alhambra. Service desk staff were extremely helpful and spoke English well. Free coffee and juice all day from their breakfast room and free internet was an added bonus. Only downside were the rooms were quite small - although they were modern and clean - and the bathroom was in the style of a wetroom - floor obviously got quite wet! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt it was a great value 3 star hotel.

We arrived late in the day and were met by a welcoming receptionist who said she was expecting us. I had a small double (as a single) and my daughters a large twin. The rooms and ensuite shower rooms were very pleasant. We did not hear any noise from the adjacent occupied rooms, and only a little from the corridor. We stayed at this hotel on two occasions and each time met with friendlyness and helfulness from the staff. The location of the hotel is also central but within a pedestrianised street which meant almost no traffic noise. Breakfast was a relaxed self-service buffet, with plenty of choice.

A fantastic little hotel in the centre of Granada. Wonderful location, helpful staff and all the facilities a traveller needs including free internet to keep in touch with friends back home. Recommend this hotel completely.

Great location with easy walking access to the main attractions & many bars and restaurants. The staff were very very helpful (several of them!), helped us book the ticket to Alhambra (which is a must since the place limits the number of visitors allowed per day, and we didn't know that till the hotel staff told us) with repeated tries when my credit card had some problems, helped me receive packages before my arrival and informed me promptly when the package got there... The only minor problem was that the restroom was very small.

A great place for being close to the Alhambra and at the same time right in the most interesting part of the city centre, literally 'at' Plaza Nuevo and close to the Cathedral. No traffic, and Cathedral/Alhambra view rooms on top floor are quiet and with nice views.

Clean, lovely hotel with great services, in a great position. Only negative was that we were placed in a room with a skylight but no windows!

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and gave lots of information about the city, bars and restaurants etc. The rooms were very small but did have everything you might need. The location was perfect and made better I suppose because the road to the Alhambra was closed to traffic so may not always be as quiet as when we were there. Great value and great staff.

We were very happy with the accommodations at Hotel de las Granadas, particularly the small patio which was charming and quiet and a most welcome place to relax after being a tourist all day. The location of the hotel is perfect ... so near to the things that we wanted most to see. And the front desk service was delightfully friendly, thorough, and helpful. The decor of the room is basic ... but we knew that from the pictures we had seen prior to booking ... and this did not detract from our wonderful experiences in Granada.

Stayed for two night. Staff was extremely service-oriented. Even helped with getting some concert tickets which did not work from outside of Spain.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the furniture etc. was all new and in good condition. The shower was superb! The various receptionists were friendly and very helpful towards us. We were all very happy with the choice of hotel. The location is also great for the local shops, bars and restaurants.
