This hotel is very, very nice. I would love to go back soon.

Everyone in the hotel was ready for your beck and call. Too much time share everywhere you turn it seems. We were only there at Pueblo Bonito Rose for 1 night, since we rented a car and went to La Paz, which in my opinion was way better. The beds were comfortable and the we had our own little patio area right in front of the pool, which we enjoyed, and we were right on the beach, but there were too many spring breakers ruling the pool area and running up and down, and even doing prank calls at 3:30 a.m. which we did not enjoy, I understand that is not the hotels fault, but it did not make it an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort. It was absolutely spectacular. The room we had was amazing. It was very spacious and roomy. Our queen size bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. The maid service came in everyday to make up our room. It also had a jacuzzi on our balcony that overlooked the Pacific Ocean. Fortunately for us, during this month that we were there, March, we got to see the whales on occassion, from our balcony frolicking in the ocean, not far away from the shoreline. It was a magnificent sight to see. All of the workers were very helpful, friendly, and ready to cater to our every need. Our package also included a buffet breakfast everyday. The food was fabulous. I can only caution you that people can be really pushy about purchasing timeshares down in the Cabo area. Stick to your own and tell them that you are not interested and you will be left alone, unless you are interested in buying a timeshare.

The Rose was very beautiful. They were very accomidating. Food we ate at other places was very good. It is very hot down there in September.

Our honeymoon was awesome and this hotel made it very enjoyable. The location was awesome. It was very convenient to be able to walk to downtown Cabo for dinner or to go to the shops. The staff was overall friendly and the service around the pool was attentive. The hotel has daily activities in and around the pool area which was very entertaining. The beach was pretty, but the locals trying to sell stuff too you was a little annoying. This made us camp out around the pool most days instead of on the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant and bar was satisfactory but nothing special. Also, the concierge was very helpful in locating good alternate places to eat while we were there.

Location andamenities. Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, restaurants offer decent variety, right on the beach facing east inlet (not pacific) so you can swim here and walking distance to town., cabo wabo, squid row and ability to use pools at several family resorts.

The hotel itself was fine, but perhaps it's best feature is it's proximity to town. After the first day, we left the property at every opportunity. The food is below average and expensive, the staff is friendly but incredibly slow, and the rooms were likely nice at one time, but have not been well maintained. While this certainly is not a miserable experience, I certainly would not come back to this property and would probably avoid the Pueblo Bonito brand altogether. If you go on a time-share tour of one of the sister properties, expect a tough time. We became friends with several couples by overhearing each others complaints and commiserating with them. Our 90 minute door-to-door tour took over three hours, despite repeatedly telling our "guide" Jeff (I didn't get his last name, but he is Canadian) that he was running late and ruining the activities we had planned for that day. Complaints to X (who arranges the tours) and X (the front desk manager) fell on deaf ears and they would not allow us to speak to anyone in authority. A few tips if you do stay here: - Any charges you ring up on your room will be converted from pesos to US$ "for you" at a terrible exchange rate (12:1, even though the official rate is 13.5:1). - Discounts on massages and spa treatments are worthless. You will receive a standard offer of a $100 spa visit for $30. The trick is that the services that cost $100 at their spa cost less than $30 at other spas.

This was my 7th stay at the Rose in the past 6 years, and it was one of the nicest. We had the oportunity of staying for 9 days this time, which gave us plenty of time to rest and relax after a fun filled day of activities. We had a chance to check out other hotels in Cabo, and on the corridor, and none were equal to the Rose in beauty and location. The hotel staff was wonderful in helping us plan and set up our activities, and accomodated our every need. The food is a bit pricy, but the resaurant next door at the P.B. Blanca (Cilantra) provided us with one of our nicest meals of the trip. Watching the sunset over lands end, as you sit listening to the waves crash on the beach 20 feet away, is as romantic as it gets. We will be going back as soon as we can.

Location on Medano Beach, a swimmable beach, unlike many others in Cabo. Any activities we wanted to do, whether on land or water, could be booked at the hotel, and picked us up at the hotel or within a 1 minute walk down the beach. Got a Mai Tai and a Strawberry Daquiri and both were horrible. The peep hole was missing from our door, so there was a small hole which we stuffed with tissue. Besides that the service was great and you cannot beat the views, grounds, etc.

It was very clean and the grounds were wonderfully taken care of. The staff was always polite and courteous. This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel right on the beach with a wonderful pool. They had several activities which we did not really participate in. The staff was wonderful and there were not as many timeshare salespeople as I thought there would be, which was good. Wonderful place to stay, the junior suite was comfortable enough for all 3 of us and housecleaning did a great job. The upstairs restaurant (Felini's) was okay. We loved our stay. Also, the only thing we could do (button we could use) with our phone (even after we put a card on file) was dial 0 for the operator. We called them 3 times but were still not able to use the phone for our entire stay.

This was a great hotel and I would stay there again. Much nicer than the pictures, great food, the staff couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views, spectacular. The location perfect, a 10 min, walk into downtown and the marina. I would recommend this hotel to any one traveling there.

Overall, my wife and I had a terrific time. The room was nice, only complaint was that they don't have king beds, only 2 doubles. The staff is very nice and the concierge was incredibly helpful. I think that if you have never been to Cabo the location in great. It is a 10 minute walk into town which we did almost every day for dinner and the local bar scene. Obviously when you go to Cabo you get constantly harassed about viewing timeshare presentations, but that you just have to tell them no. I would stay there again, and actually hope to again soon. We are huge Mexico fans and Cabo did not disappoint, neither did the Rose. The prices in Cabo are very expensive, but I think that is because they get wealthier tourists then the other side of the country.

Room was very nice but only had a small fridge full of drinks for sale. Overpriced. No room for our own drinks etc..

This hotel was great. I can't say enough about the location -- it is within walking distance of town and the marina. I didn't take a taxi the whole time I was there. I've stayed further from town on past trips and know its a pain (and expensive!) to take taxis all the time. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The service for drinks by the pool was quick, and they had happy hour twice a day where you got 2 for 1 drinks. They also have a little deli place right at the hotel where you can buy snacks and water--that came in very handy. I didn't eat at any of the hotel restaurants, so I can comment on those. I got a massage at the spa, and it was a very relaxing atmosphere, and my massage was great. The only complaint I have is that the first day they tried about 5 times in an hour to get us to go to the timeshare presentation. Although, to be fair, we might have considered going if we were there longer (we didn't want to waste one whole morning doing it though.) There were vendors on the beach right outside the hotel, but when we told them no they left us alone. Overall the good definitely outweighed the bad, and I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have had the good fortune of staying at the Rose about 7 times the past 6 years, and I have never been disappointed in my visits. It is wonderfully located on the best part of Madano beach, with lots of beach action and plenty of activities. The rooms are nice with great views of "lands end", and the pool is spectacular. The best part of the Rose is the service. We are helped with all of our needs, and are greeted like good friends every time we come back to the hotel from an outing. Whether I am with my wife for a romantice vacation (the Sunset Beach is great for that too) or with my boys on a father/sons fishing trip, this hotel is my favorite place to stay. Thank you staff, at the Rose. I am already looking forward to my next stay with you.

Twice a year we take a family trip and Pueblo Bonito Rose was the best trip so far. The resort is SUPER clean. The entire staff was attentive and polite. The restaurants/food was great. The lobby had a pleasant lavender scent that filled the air. The entire staff will greet you with "Ola", We loved Pueblo Bonito Rose. If you are a picky traveler as we are I know you will love it there too. I can't say enough about the place. You have to visit. You won't be disappointed!! We will definitely be going back soon.

The hotel is beautiful with a huge, gorgeous pool. I was dissappointed that the beds are full size. I was also very concerned that there was a large hole within the light fixture of our shower. The hole was large enough that I could see to the next level (I could see pipes, but I was concerned that someone could go up to that area and look in to the shower). We brought it to the attention of the lady that was trying to get us to go to the timeshare presentation, but nothing was done about it. It was uncomfortable taking a shower. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times. The food although pricey, was great (loved the rib-eye). The spa is awesome! The pool was great, but trying to get a waiter to take our order was like pulling teeth. We went during the "low" season and there were only a few guests at the pool at any point in time... There is a lot of pressure to go to the timeshare presentation. We finally agreed and went. Our salesperson tried and tried and we just kept saying no. He finally gave up and was not a very good sport (just rude). In summary, the hotel is beautiful, the spa is awesome, the food is great, the waiters are not great and check your shower light! Would I stay there again? YES.

Overall, the facility is fairly decent. However, if you have any intention of going out at night you should consider a different resort. The security staff will take every opportunity to hassle you for "additional fees" as you come back from a night in Cabo. It was ridiculous and we're not going back. Ever.

This was a great relaxing hotel. But you're still in with all the action which I thought to be the best of both worlds. A lot of families with small children, but not enough to be annoying. We really enjoyed our time there. I will return for sure.

Excellent hotel. No complaints other than the issue with them trying to sell time shares. I suspect this is a common problem in Cabo, however.
