We took in all of the local tours and events and had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great vacation and I recomend this for anyone. There were couples, families with small children as well as families with teenagers who were staying here and all seemed to be having fun. You could join the hotel planned festivities or create memories on your own.

Great location for beach and town Had to move after 2 nights Excellent location and clean. However, we did not get the best personal service when we were asked/told we had to change rooms after we waited and paid for an upgrade so we didn't have to move. Then we had to move anyway. Poor quality gym equipment/facilities

Room was bright and open. I loved the balcony. Grandchildren loved the pool, beach, and activities. While they were constantly on the go I read four books. Wonderful. Staff was very accomodating and very friendly.

The Bianco Blanco is an excellent resort hotel, and we felt that the staff were well trained to take care of our every need. Room service does those little extras that make a stay special (our towels were always done up into Swans or other towel art); the consierge was every ready to serve; the pool side staff for Cilantro's restaurant were ever attentive without being overbearing; and Cilantro's was an exceptional restaurant--the best sea bass I have ever had anywhere!!

The location was absolutely perfect. It is within walking distance of downtown and right on the beach. There are lots of water activities to do and the beach is great.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. The staff was not bad, however check-in took an unusally long time. We wanted one queen or king bed and they said that all of their rooms are with two double beds. The room temperature was uncomfortable because there is no "auto" option on the thermostat. The air either had to be on or off at all times. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear anything going on above us (walking, tub draining, etc.) The rooms still use an actual key, instead of a card and for some reason they decided to change our door knob during our stay. Like it couldn't have waited til we checked out! Once they did this our key would not work when we returned to our room. So we had to go back down to the front desk and ask for our new keys. I could not get internet access from our room. Sometimes I could get it if I went out on the balcony, but even then it took forever. Service for cocktails pool/beach side was good, although expensive. At check-out they charge you $1 a day charity donation. So be sure to check your itemized bill and request not to contribute and they will remove the charges.

This hotel/timeshare facility was more than we even imagined. Each suite has an ocean view and is roomy, comfortable, and kept immaculately clean. We were very impressed by all of the staff. They were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We are already planning a return trip!

Within walking distance of marina where great food is served on the beach. Hotel restaurants were first rate. Just beware of everyone trying to sell you time shares. It starts as you depart the plane and continues with most staff members.

I have stayed at many places in Cabo and actually own at the Playa Grande and this hotel was great location, price and the staff was exeptionally friendy! I would recommend to any one. I will stay again if mine is not available. Only complaint was only two full size beds are available.

Pueblo Bonito Las Cabos was very nice. The staff were helpful. The two resturants were top quality food and service. The room had a awsome view of the bay,the pool, great people watching place. Very centrally located to resturants, activities, the town of Cabo. I would highly recomed the hotel for, familys, romantic getaways. I cant wait to go back.

The Blanco has a very good location, close to the best part of the beach and where all the action is, in Cabo San Lucas. The hotel room was a little disappointing though. This is a time share hotel, and most of the rooms on the higher floors (i.e., above the ground) don't seem to be available to hotel guests. While we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite, the reality was that there was no promised view of them ocean. Ocean peek is more like it, even though we arrived off season. There were mosquitos in the room. This is Mexico, so perhaps we should have expected that, but the hotel could have done more to bug proof the rooms. The pool and restaurants were great, and the service is generally good.

The Pueblo Bonito Blanco is a very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and had some great views. Service there was always friendly, and you can use the facilities of the other two Pueblo hotels for free as well. The best part was the location on the Beach, walking distance to everything. Make sure you go to the Sand Bar, which is just to the right down the beach, great wait staff and food.

The Resort was beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable. Our Suite was on the 3rd floor overlooking the Flamingos, Koi Pond Pool and Sea. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stocking up at City Club. Eating out 3x's a day can be very spendy. Though the restaurants are wonderful, you have many options close by. Highly recommend this resort. Especially to folks that want a quieter place on the Beach.

We stay at the Blanco in Cabo because it is very clean. It also has a lovely pool and great staff. We love the location on the beach because it is near all the activities. It is also near the beach fun areas that the young people hang out at. Y
