It's an old hotel, which needs to be repaired. It smells dust in all halls because of old carpets. The room wasn't comfortable. tv was for additional charge however it's always included in the price of the room in every 3* hotels in Europe the more so in 4*. The location is good it's not far from the center, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast if good. Parking is rather expensive for a night.

Excellent location, near to Lima tube station. Direct line into the centre of Milan. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nicely decorated with reasonably sized bedrooms. Breakfast good. Street on which hotel is situated has plenty of shops, with a great little cafe/bar almost directly opposite. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful. We ran into a bit of an issue in other cities in Italy, and Visa had to liaise directly with the Hotel Puccini staff about sending an emergency credit card there before our arrival. Everything worked fine. My only negative comments would be the extremely tiny elevators and the area outside the hotel entrance (between the entrance and the street) smelled like urine. Taking the bus from Malpensa to Central Station was easy, but I would NOT recommend walking to the hotel from Central Station, too many turns and hard to cart luggage that far (the hotel said 10 minute walk but it was about 20 and we asked for directions 5 times). Take a taxi.

Well-located nice hotel, clean spacious room, good quality breakfast. Special thanks to the staff, who were very welcoming, helpful and professional! Next time in Milano - definitely Grand Hotel Puccini will be our choice.

Our stay was suprisingly excellent! As a matter of fact, we stayed two additional days rather than move on. Very friendly and competent staff. Great location, easy access to subway and tram routes, not far from Centrale, safe upscale neighborhood, good restaurants, and excellent shopping. Breakfast was great! When you are in Milan you are there to enjoy and experience the city, who needs a pool. I would definately go back. What more can I say.

I spent a couple of days in Milan to take part in an academic event. As I stepped into the hotel, I was promptely welcomed and checked in, and, in general, I had the feeling of having to do with kind, professional staff. On demand, they gave me a map of the local subway, which turned to be very, very useful. My single room was clean, solidly-built, quiet, and provided with internet connection facility, while my single bed was larger-than-size, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom, and brand new furniture everywhere. Besides, the hotel is halfway along a crowded main street where you can go shopping for days; the street ("Corso Buenos Aires") is scattered with underground stations, amongst which "Lima" is just a few steps away from the hotel. Breakfast is included. I enjoyed it! And recommend it to anyone needing to come to their important appointments in the very best of health.

A nice friendly hotel with a high level of cleanlines and service. The meal options are limited to bed and breakfast however there are many places to eat nearby.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Puccini, as long as we kept the window closed. Our room looked straight onto a large airconditioning unit and some more walls - no sky, nothing. The room itself was nice and the bath was a big plus after an afternoon of walking. The welcome at reception was lovely, but as the hotel did not appear to be heavily booked, a better located room and view would have been appreciated.

The Puccini is located on a very busy street in downtown Milan. The room was very quiet. Good shopping but not too many restaurants. There are several cafes near the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful. Metro station is located up the street on the same block.

The hotel and premises were nice as promised and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very nice the only drawback being it smelled like smoke and was quite warm even though it was quite chilly outside. Overall the location and helpfulness of the staf were excellent.

Ottimo hotel, ottima accoglienza, personale disponibilissimo; camera spaziosa e silenziose, sala d'attesa accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La chicca: un buon collegamento a internet. Tutto perfetto, insomma. Volendo proprio trovare una pecca, la prima colazione non era ricchissima. Soggiorno eccellente. (My review: Excellent!)
