Big bright room, table to sit at in comfort, nice bathroom. Not safe. We welcomed the apples, cookies and coffee during the day. Breakfast was excellent and was included. We would return again if in Campbell.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The check in process was smooth, efficient and professional. Our large room on the third floor had vaulted ceilings, a refrigerator, Starbucks coffee fixins, DVD , complimentary newspaper, complimentary breakfast and free high speed internet access in your room with your own computer (with free access to a computer in the lobby). There is also a great running/walking trail just across the parking lot, which was wonderful! There is a movie theater and lots of shops, just outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the Pruneyard Hotel. I would say the only dilemma was our room was really loud. It was next to the lobby (room 138) and there must have been a central air duct or something by our room, because it was extremely noisy all night long. I'm generally a heavy sleeper, but it keep me up all night. The king size bed was comfortable, the tubs are nice and deep (if you like baths). The hotel is in a great location: lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. The pool area, though small, was great!!! We were there during a heat wave (100 degrees), so the pool definitely came in handy. All in all, it was a good stay, but the room we had was really noisy. I had family staying at the hotel as well, and they didn't have the same issue.

My boys and I had to stay for a few days at the Pruneyard while my daughter was attending a conference in San Jose. It was like home away from home for us. We loved the warmth of the Tuscan decor, a beautiful work-out facility, pool, hot-tub and top-notch breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the use of the computers and printer in the business traveler room. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The Pruneyard Plaza Hotel rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and rather large. The bathroom is huge, the beds are comfy and soft. The staff was helpful and friendly. Amenities include hot, fresh cookies in the lobby every afternoon and local newspapers every morning. It's centrally located to everything I wanted to do during my stay in the South Bay: shopping, movies, it's a short hop to the freeway to get to Santa Cruz or downtown San Jose. You can walk to a dozen nearby restaurants, an arthouse movie theater and a Trader Joes. I hope to stay here again soon.

The hotel was inexpensive and clean, with complimentary breakfast included in the room rate. It is centrally located to shopping (Santana Row and Westfield Mall) and restaurants, we walked to dinner. We took side trips to Los Gatos and Saratoga, and a thirty minute car ride to Standford. Best of all the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only suggestion I would make is to ask for a room on the second or third floor, less noise than on the street level.
