stayed in Prudential for 5 days and it was just great. the hotel is located on top of the MTR station which makes it pretty convenient for me and consequently saved me a lot of time. the room was enough, not that huge and not that tiny but it was decent and clean. toilet wasn't that bad as well.very clean. location wise, it is pretty much near all the shopping area in the kowloon area. you can walk for a few minutes and you are already at the temple st night market in one direction, and shopping places at nathan road when you go towards the other direction. im going to hong kong again soon and am planning to stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week when I first arrived in Hong Kong. I had stayed in some other hotels prior but I was glad I found Prudential. The rooms were bigger than you'll usually come across in Hong Kong, & the prices were fair. I also like the neighborhood of Jordan.

A tidy and seemingly well run hotel, close to the 'shopping' district of Tsim Tsa Tsui, and just a block away from the dedicated government run airport bus service (Bus number A21, at a cost of HK$33). Facilities are lacking, in that there is no Guest Laundry as such, and the Business Centre is pay as you use. In-room amenities are normal, with coffee/tea making, TV and a basic mini bar. Close to the MTR (suburban rail system) which is clean, well run, on time and a good way to get around both the mainland and Hong Kong Island.

Great Hotel, MTR at bottom a real winner. Close to markets. Room sizes and facilities A1. Restauarant buffets cheap and vary big variety. Will Definately stay again

Great hotel with good service and an awesome location. Great pool except that it is closed daily between 11.30am and 1.30 pm for cleaning/sterilzation which is the hottest part of the day!

Good location as the hotel located right above the Jordon MRT station. Near to the famous Temple st., n other attraction. Very convenient. Front desk wasn't so friendly upon my check-in and they will call you to obtain feed-back what time you are leaving the room as they need to clean the room. 1st time in my life that experience the hotel chaise the hotel guest out as they need to clean the room...ha. Carpet in the hotel room = too old, need to change... double thumb down on that. Good food (dim sum, hawker or japanese food) among hotel area. But don't ever try the dim sum right opposite the hotel (another smaller hotel) and the evening tea which recommended by the travelling template, namely Mido(somewhere Yau Ma Tei area, near template st.) Both of the place - food are suck, not worst for money, and bad service too. Beside all the negative comments above, others are good. Did enjoyed the trip and partly is because the location of the hotel. Strongly recommended.

1. The staff at the reception seemed to be new recruits who did not know an arm from a leg 2. Were quite confused when I gave them [your website's] voucher. Kept insisting that I have not paid for breakfast when it was clearly mentioned on [your website's] voucher that I had paid for breakfast. Tried confusing me that I have paid only for one day when I actually paid for both days for all occupants. Again tried confusing me on the rates saying that I had to pay more.At the end, they finally saw some sense and I was left with a bitter taste & frustration 3. Would recommend this hotel if only you have no other choice or if the staff changes their attitude and adds some experience and maturity

This hotel has very good location, there is MTR station right below the hotel and across street. Only few blocks' walk to some of the Hong Kong's best shopping district and the Miao Jie food and shopping street. Try some cheap local food there you will love it.

Have stayed at this hotel many times, because (a) it's right on top of Jordan MTR station (I live by my Octopus card when I am in HKG), and (b) the rates are quite good. Rooms are clean and good size, compared to some in HKG. Reception area is small hence it can get quite busy & crowded at peak check-out times. There is a swimming pool on the roof, although not a very attractive layout. However, almost every time I have stayed at this hotel the pool has been closed "for maintenance". I always book a double-bed room, and normally get it. On one recent visit I specifically reminded the receptionist (as I checked in with my same-sex partner...) that I had booked a double bed room. Yet she totally ignored my request and allocated us to a twin bed room. Naturally I returned to Reception immediately and complained to another Receptionist, and was immediately upgraded to a higher-level room. HOWEVER, I thoroughly recommend this hotel for location, convenience, and value for money.

Excellent location, I have stayed here several times for this reason. about 10minutes walk to the Star Ferry Terminal and down several escalators to the MRT. Rooms slightly larger than average (depending on the bed size!). I will return to this hotel on my next visit just for the location.

Hotel in a great location. Place to store your bags if you arrive too early to check in and a special place for your laptop for extra security. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and in good condition. The only drawback was that there was internet in the room which you have to pay for and it is rubbish. Not worth the money I paid out. It was the only down side. I would stay there again however.

I am genuinely pleased with this hotel selection. Rooms are spacious and good value for money. Housekeeping is perfect and attentive. Breakfast is good but needs variation....was exactly the same on all 6 days of my stay. And could do with some more fruits. All in all a good experience and would bring me back on my business trips to Hongkong.

Very comfortable beds, though we weren't able to get a double. Excellent blinds for keeping out the light for jet lagged travellers. fantastic location for shopping at name brand shops, small shops and markets.
