We stayed 9 different hotels in Paris, dued to the last minutes booking. This is the farest one from downtown, but the best view, since this is the only one with balcony on the 6th floor. The bathroom is ok, barely. The street can be noisy, not far from highway, and close to Carrfour, a French mall, and last-for-miles street marker. It is few blocks away from Pere-la-chaise cemetery. (It might not be safe to walk alone in the neighborhood at night.)

The hotel is located in a remote area of Paris yet accessible by Metro, 30 minutes from City center changing train once. It is apprently located in a MidEastern dominated suburban zone. The area is clean and well maintained. Hotel rooms are small but heated to tolerable temperature at night. One can get a night of rest if that's all ones after. For the price, it is a good deal.

| Great value for money. Metro 1 min. from the hotel, which makes it very easy to get around.
Very recommendable for budget travelers! |

The room was rather small and it was very loud at all. If your busy all day you want to sleep at night, but you simply hear EVERYTHING. When anybody opens a door you think it yours. But for this low price its ok. You have RER and Metro directly in front of the Hotel und an Mc Donalds next door. Its a skid row, but in outlying districts its everywhere the same. - I think... If you dont want to stay in hotel all day its rather ok.

A decent hotel for the no-frills traveler. Pros for me: right at the Porte de Montreuil metro stop, and directly next to a McDonald's with free wifi, so I could email for hours for the price of a cup of coffee. Cons: well, this one really didn't apply to me as the weather was cool when I stayed, but there is a lot of street noise that would make it tough to sleep with the window open. Also, it takes a while to get to anyplace in central Paris from the hotel, so don't expect to zip back and forth between sightseeing and the hotel easily. Not a problem if you want to head into the city in the morning and not return until after dinner. I personally would not recommend dining around the hotel -- mostly fast food and kebab shops.

Very dirty. The bathroom had a terrible mouldy smell, and it was definitely not clean. Had I not paid for the room, I would have definitely left. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Again - stress DIRTY. Also, on the stairways it was full of dirty sheets and rubbish in bags. The lift is so small it can only take one at a time, so you have to use the stairs. Overall rating - VERY POOR. Don't recommend this hotel at all. I've stayed at cheaper places that were far better.

Room dirty, bathroom clean enough. Sourrundings ??? Four beds available. One of them between two walls ... closer than the lenghtness of the bed. At 06.30 loud music for 45 minutes from other room and no reaction from the personnel. I'll never go back to this hotel.

this hotel is a good choice if you don"t have lot of money and youre a bit independant. I guess that the rooms are more or less noisy considering their location (upon the street or not). The area is popular but nice, for sure it's not the romanticparis as seen on travel books, for me it's the best of this town.

This is an outdated hotel sorely needing renovation. Although the staff were easy to work with and friendly, the cleaniless could have been better.

They asked me to pay as soon as I come in the hotel and not at the end of my period. Not very nice, but good if you want to save money (Paris is expensive everywhere) and you just need a place to sleep.

A good basic hotel. The room was small but clean and quiet with the windows closed. Good for those looking for economical accomodation. The only drawback is that you have to travel quite a way on the subway to reach the sites. Overall a good hotel and I would consider staying here again.
