| Nice hotel and relatively good value for the money. Location was close to main shopping, but a bit of a walk to the local attractions. Difficulty with hot water for showers, and a bit noisy ... but otherwise a good pic. Katerina at breakfast is a real gem even though she does not speak english! |

| The hotel room itself was small, but sufficient. The bathroom was nicely decorated, but so mall that two people couldn't stand in there together. The located was in a safe area, but a long walk from mostly everything. Had to take taxis everywhere. |

| This is a great hotel. Well run, friendly, helful people. Nice rooms. Clean. Good Breakfasts. Not skimpy. The area of Palermo is safe and quite at night. The double room we were assigned was a little bit too small, since we were going to be there for 5 nights and we wanted to spread out, so we upgraded to a junior suite which was enormous. Stay here. You'll enjoy it. |

| We found the hotel to be very attractive and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also the dining room was quite good. The sitting areas on the ground floor are exceptionally appealing. |

| We were very pleased with the accommodations and the staff of Villafranca. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for dinner (we had excellent meals) and tours and how to get around the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. |

| Atmosphere is good and bath room's clean. Library is comfortable.Staffs are kind. Breakfast has verious danishes,prosciutto,fresh mozzarella, fresh juices, fruits, also cappuchino,, delisious! It's a pity to be a little far from old town. As it hard to find hotel only from this map on venere website, please change this map more details clearly. Anyway I enjoyed this hotel very much and recommend. |
