Very friendly and helpful staffWe were staying in Edinburgh for one night only for a race and had a load of bags and bike equipment with us. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accomodating and helped us to store all our belongings when we were out of the hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and I appreciated the power shower!! All in all, a very comfortable stay!!

FantasticEasy to find, less than five minutes from train station. Suite was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. The roof garden has exceptional views of the city.

Excellent accomadationApartment was of a high standard. Was nice to see basic condiments and toiletries in flat. Reception very helpful. Only gripe was fairly early checkout. Asked for later but never recieved this.

WOW!I couldn't believe it could be as good as the pictures on the website, but it didn't disappoint one bit! Negative points first: only on-street (expensive) parking or a car park 10-15 mins walk away. apartment lounge looked across the streetview from bedrooms over railway station towards Old town - not great! A bit of noise (from traffic etc.)A couple of things missing from flat - obviously taken by previous guests! Fantastic location, however - walking distance from station, shops, restaurants, bars, theatre and Castle. Rooms beautifully furnished.Plenty of space for clothes in each bedroomLoads of room to relax in lounge.Well-equipped kitchenNice toiletries in bathroomsFabulous roof terrace with amazing views over Edinburgh.We WILL be back!

Fabulous! Stayed here for one night with a group of friends and family and the apartments were fantastic and in a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

Good location in city center. Reception 24 hr with secure access. Main train station across road. Parking 2 min away - £19/day. Modern accomodation of good quality, large rooms but kitchen had strange smell which spolit our stay. Very noisy at night from road and station, but mid summer so had to have windows open, would be better in cooler weather. Overall would say again and ask for a room away from the road.

One nights stay in EdinburghThe one nights stay was not a very nice experience for my elderly disabled mother.Firstly we arrived at 3 pm to find neither room was ready for us. I was offered a 10% discount if I could wait another hour for the rooms. At 4pm we were given the key to one room where we all waited until the other room was ready on another floor. After another 50 minutes without being informed, we decided to go out and see something of Edinburgh otherwise we would miss out on the sightseeing.We tried to use the lift as my 87yr old mother could not use the stairs. We waited 5mins outside the only lift in the hotel, to take us up to the reception and exit. I noticed the lift was stuck on the next floor up so I assended the stairs to find no one there but a black bin liner full of rubbish jamed in the door to keep it open.I informed reception, was told our other room was now ready and handed me the key.Due to the lack of management control I would not stay there again or reccomend it to anyone.

The most fantastic appartements I have stayed in EdinburghSimply these appartements are the nuts, everything you need is there.We did have a go at cooking on the Sunday morning, and appologise to the poor cleaner who will have to try and clean that frying pan we knackered with some very badly cooked fried eggs.Toaster in our room didn't work, but everything else in there is top knotch.Great position just up the road from the main station and when they sort out the roadworks on Princes Street it will be very very easy to get to.Burger King down the road for late night ermmmmmmmmmmm burgers.Will use again, if they'll have me back

Our After-BallWe all chose to stay at the apartments following our leavers ball. It was possibly the best night ever. The rooms were amazing with great views, spotless, the living room and kitchens were great and everyone had an amazing time. Thank you so much.

Will definately be staying here again..The apartment was beautiful, great value for money, had a balcony, ipod docking station and plenty of space what more could a girl ask for on a girlie weekend. On arrival staff were great allowing us to check the apartment first, get settled and then pay the full amount. Staff were very friendly and helpful, when we needed them including providing a yellow pages, hand towels and any other requested information. There is nothing negative I have to say about this apartment other that they ran out of bath towels. But maybe that just shows how busy they were that weekend.. A small price to pay for such a great apartment. The location is excellent. Right beside Waverly train station and a greatlocation to shop on Princes street and do the tourist thing. We liked it so much we are booked up again for next month. Roll On Edinburgh..

The best so far, I can only shout about how good the suite was, i will go back againFrom outside the main door right through to the bathrooms cryed out luxury. I want to say it was horrid so there will always be a vacancy for me but i can't. I will deffinitly go back again next time I'm in Edinburgh.
