The Prince de Galles Hotel is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are lovely, and the bathrooms are huge and luxurious. The staff is very polite, and the hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in with a noon check-in. (They do not accommodate earlier check-ins.) The only bad thing about the hotel is that it tries to "nickel and dime" you into paying a higher price. Everything extra has an outrageous price. The restaurant is fine but not great for Paris but the prices are higher than in most of France's (Michelin) 3-star restaurants! The staff is also hungry for tips. If you can avoid using any of the extras, stay at the Prince de Galles!

Room is long overdue for remodeling. Queen size bed had 2 twin mattresses positioned side by side. Room temperature was very warm despite 50 degree outdoor temperature and difficult to control. Hotel lobby is elegant and impressive. Location is convenient.

For Paris, this is a good 4-star hotel. Location is great, if you like the 8th/Champs-Elysees area. The staff is very friendly. My room as good size, the air conditioning worked, and the water pressure was adequate. However, as can be expected of a 4-star hotel in Paris, all amenities were way overpriced. In-room bottled water costs $9, breakfast is $35, and outrageously, wifi connectivity costs $18 for 2 hours, and $40/day.

Hotel is clean and quaint. The reception area could be a little more warm and inviting, although it is still nice. The outside of the hotel could use some brightening up.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff never stopped serving us. I was not feeling well upon arrival and the reception attendant brought me water while another staff member asked if I would like some food. The lobby, elevator, hallways, and of course the actual guest room are just lovely just like a five star hotel should be. We were very comfortable and happy with our choice.

Great location with helpful, friendly staff. Big bathtub was nice. Rooms are smallish in size. Room needed a new, updated look, it was tired.

Overall hotel appearance great, but room looked dark and dated. Wallpaper coming off, needed a fresh coat of paint.

A+ location adjacent to George V hotel and close to Conference Center and of the shops and restaurants of Champs Elyesse. A+ service, room size a bit on the small side but larger than typical euro hotels. On the negative side, excessive charge for internet access (35 euro per day).

Stayed on the sixth floor facing the courtyard, which was very quiet, in a deluxe king. Clean and well appointed. The service was very prompt and to the fact. Concierge was excellent for commanding tables as exclusive restaurants at the last minute. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we would gladly return.

Old, beautiful hotel just off the Champs Elysees close to metro stop. Hotel staff mostly accomodating, but some were a bit rude. Service overall to unpredictable, we would definetly not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is in a nice part of Paris (next door to the George V) and is convenient. The staff all spoke English with a smile. The rooms and bathrooms are large. We used the hotel wireless network. It works well, just expensive. We were very pleased with the price and the accomodations. Thanks.
