Beautiful, spacious room & bathroom. Incredibly expensive extras: internet, room service, minibar, restaurant. The Prince de Galles Hotel is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are lovely, and the bathrooms are huge and luxurious. The staff is very polite, and the hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in with a noon check-in. (They do not accommodate earlier check-ins.) The only bad thing about the hotel is that it tries to "nickel and dime" you into paying a higher price. Everything extra has an outrageous price. The restaurant is fine but not great for Paris but the prices are higher than in most of France's (Michelin) 3-star restaurants! The staff is also hungry for tips. If you can avoid using any of the extras, stay at the Prince de Galles!

I took the trip of my lifetime with my grown daughters, we stayed here, at The Hotel Prince de Galles. The location is perfect, a short walk to the Arc and a short walk to the Seine River. Each night we walked to the Seine to watch the Eiffle Tour lights twinkle. This is the perfect location when visiting Paris. Close to cafes, museums, shops, this city has it all! The Hotel Prince de Galles has the most incredible service staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I've known quite a few. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service is second to none. I long to visit Paris again, and when I do, I won't stay anyplace else. Thank you for my dream vacation.

Great location. Professional cautious staff. Spacious beautiful room. Gym small. Great price for a 4 star hotel in a great area.

Location was within territory. N/A Room is long overdue for remodeling. Queen size bed had 2 twin mattresses positioned side by side. Room temperature was very warm despite 50 degree outdoor temperature and difficult to control. Hotel lobby is elegant and impressive. Location is convenient.

Great staff - nice location. $40/day for Wi-Fi??? Insane. For Paris, this is a good 4-star hotel. Location is great, if you like the 8th/Champs-Elysees area. The staff is very friendly. My room as good size, the air conditioning worked, and the water pressure was adequate. However, as can be expected of a 4-star hotel in Paris, all amenities were way overpriced. In-room bottled water costs $9, breakfast is $35, and outrageously, wifi connectivity costs $18 for 2 hours, and $40/day.

Best location in town. Room was not as big as I would like. The hotel had the best location I could hope for within walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Champs El Eysses. Surprisingly it is located just next to Four Seasons hotel. Very close to metro and countless restaurants in the vicinity. Many famous Paris fashion shops nearby. Close to theather.

Beautiful room and furnishings. Reception and concierge staff not particularly friendly. This is my second stay at this hotel and I love the decor and the location. I would most definitely go back.

Great housekeeping service and concierge. Elevators too small, food too expensive. Hotel is clean and quaint. The reception area could be a little more warm and inviting, although it is still nice. The outside of the hotel could use some brightening up.

Excellent location. N/A Great. We had absolutely no knowledge of this before we arrived at the hotel. Plus the so called premium rooms appeared to be the same size as the regular room. The only difference was that the premium rooms had two beds.

Wonderful service from the moment we arrived and a beautiful facility from top to bottom. Not much to say here, except the bed was a bit too soft for our comfort level. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff never stopped serving us. I was not feeling well upon arrival and the reception attendant brought me water while another staff member asked if I would like some food. The lobby, elevator, hallways, and of course the actual guest room are just lovely just like a five star hotel should be. We were very comfortable and happy with our choice.

The location was great! Room was small and needed refurbishing. Not a five star, more of a 4 star hotel. Great location with helpful, friendly staff. Big bathtub was nice. Rooms are smallish in size. Room needed a new, updated look, it was tired.

Location, location, location. Wallpaper coming off. Overall hotel appearance great, but room looked dark and dated. Wallpaper coming off, needed a fresh coat of paint.

Very typical of a good hotel for a business stay (on par with Hilton or equivalent). Excessive charge for internet access (35 Euro per 24hr). A+ location adjacent to George V hotel and close to Conference Center and of the shops and restaurants of Champs Elyesse. A+ service, room size a bit on the small side but larger than typical euro hotels. On the negative side, excessive charge for internet access (35 euro per day).

Great LOCATION, staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had to request an iron. Stayed on the sixth floor facing the courtyard, which was very quiet, in a deluxe king. Clean and well appointed. The service was very prompt and to the fact. Concierge was excellent for commanding tables as exclusive restaurants at the last minute. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we would gladly return.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We both felt this was an excellent place to stay. Located just off the Champs-Elyse, the metro is very close. The area is quiet, the service was great and the staff was very friendly. We plan to stay there again when we return, and recommend it to anyone who is going to Paris.

Everything. The staff was friendly, location was great and hotel was very nice. Can't think of a single thing. Without a doubt one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. The staff was very friendly and informative, location was perfect and the whole environment set the stage for a wonderful get away.

Efficient friendly staff, fantastic large clean rooms, great location. Would highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely no complaints. Great location minutes away from the Champs Eysees. Friendly efficient staff. Spacious rooms. Wonderful hotel.

The location and staff was excellent. They did not know I was bringing my two kidds and wife and almost did not let me stay at the hotel. The Hotel was excellent but my negative is that in Europe they seem to not want to have four people in a room, and that includes children-It was very upsetting to get into a minor alteration with the front desk staff. Please rectify this by making in known on the website if children will be allowed to stay in your room.
