We just went for a weekend away. The casino was tiny, the food was just O.K. I think my expectations exceeded what we got with the room. The bathroom was ok, the bath-tub faucet looked like it was about to fall off when you turned it on; meanwhile taking a shower turned into a bath due to the drainage problem. Otherwise, the guy at the front desk who grunted to call us up to check in after waiting twenty min to check in (there were 3 poeple in line ahead of us). Will not go back there for an overnighter...

Pool and spa facilities and amusement park rides. Cockroaches running around at night. The facilities were not the greatest. The room’s decor was very dated. There was a hole in the bathroom door (casualty of a fight?). It looked like a child took a pen to the walls. Our room was in the basement (not sure what that was about). There were cockroaches running around at night outside on the walking paths.

We used to love staying at Primm, but will not be excited to return. The staff was not as friendly, received horrible/almost non-existent coctail service while gambling and the overall mood of the place seemed to be off. No one was smiling. We used to get free slot play with our players clubs cards and were told this time we had to have a postcard sent to us to receive it, and it was half the amount it used to be. In what I can assume is an effort to reduce their costs, they have made this a disppointing place to stay, rather than the fun and exciting place we used to enjoy. Only stayed one night on our way to Downtown Vegas and were so glad to leave. Our experience Downtown was what Vegas should be. Stay at the California - far superior service, rooms, enivronment - it had it all!

We were a bit wary to stay here after reading a few of the reviews but we enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and extremely clean. The staff was kind. We usually stay in Vegas but decided to stay here for the night instead because we were taking our kids with us...we are planning on returning and staying for a longer period next time.

Reserved non smoking room. Was told at check in there were none available. I asked for an upgrade and clerk found a non smoking room a few minutes later without price increase. It worked out but that shouldn't have happened. Stayed here first night to save on Holiday rate in Vegas. Had to put ice bucket in hallway due to bad odor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Both times we ate in the café, the seats were very dirty and there was not internet service available in the rooms.

We stayed two nights in December 2008. Plenty to do and see. Close to Vegas and all that has as well as the Nevada desert and it's beauty. If you can Join the Terrible's casino card thing somewhere else other than here. You will get $5.00 in slot play at all of them but in Pahrump they gave a coupon booklet for free buffet at all of the casinos, a free t shirt, and all kinds of coupons for the rides at Primm. at Primm my wife only got the 5 in slot play not even a shirt to advertise for them! Room was comfortable with nice enough furnishings, good bed, and very noisy heater.

Spent a few days with my girlfriends. We left the kids at home with our husbands. State Line is a lot of fun, but only for adults. The kids are subject to old games in the arcades at Buffalo Bills and the games are broken and no tickets are dispensed. Primm Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. We didn't spend much time in the room, only a few hours for sleep. The rooms were as expected because I had stayed there before. Clean, big bathroom, nice TV. The beds were a little uncomfortable. I was tired and fell asleep fast, but my friends said they didn't sleep well because the beds were too hard. The bedding was clean, but the sheet had a cigarette hole in it (even though all the rooms are non-smoking). This is the nicest of the 3 hotels at State Line.

There was a concert at Buffalo Bills - so it as a trip of leisure. Weather was nice. I had forgotton the "outlets" were attached to this resort. That was a surprize and did a little therapy shopping. :) The many trips to Las Vegas - this stop which is refer as the State Line was just that a pit stop before the long trek home. Primm Valley Resort just like the resorts/hotels in Vegas, great food, great Country entertainment and the gambling is top notch, too. Thanks, Orbitz!

After slow check-in (especially when you get in at night)- then all OK. Hope hotel put some experienced check in clerks at night when most customers are tired and want to rest.

Absolutely filthy rooms! Nasty bed linens. Disgusting bathroom. Shower head very low with very poor flow. The food on the buffet unedible. Used it because its close to the interstate. Trust me, take the time to drive onto the Vegas Strip.

The room was not very good! The carpet was wet, the ceiling squeaked the entire night as people walked across it, the room smelled musty, the pipes in the bathroom kept us up all hours of the night banging. Not a good experience.

Of the three choices at Primm, I consider Terrible's Primm Valley Resort and Casino the best choice. It is clean, COmfortable, has a great casino and it's attached to the Primm Outlet Center.

Primm Valley Resort was clean and had several options for eating on site or at the adjacent hotels/casinos. I would stay at this hotel again. Check in was slow and the staff was not very knowledgeable. When asked what was going on at the resort not one of the three knew anything that was taking place that weekend. One of the staff thought that there might be a band but they were not sure. I thought I might find a welcome packet/information in the room that explained about the resort and the different amenities but there was not one and the staff told me they did not have one.

"The overall experience was positive. A bug was found in the bathroom, but our room was exchanged with no problem. Otherwise the room was well maintained. The Buffet was just so-so. The selection was adequate and fresh. Dessert selection was limited. However, for the price, we could not ask for much more."

we only pass by Primm to LAX ,then only need for sleep a few hours .anyway, was a confortable room (bring a pillow if you want a soft one) pool was fine as the casino as well ,but the buffet only open 'till 8pm .big parking lot ,friendly people.

"Ok for the money. Room was VERY far away - had to walk and walk and walk; not good for people with walking problems (elderly, etc.) If not on the top floor, you will hear people above you through weak floor/celing structure. Mattresses were pretty flimzy. But at least my worst fear came out ok -- there seem to be NO bed bugs! :)"
