Everything was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh fruit, meats--things that some hotels skimp on providing...only downside was that the wifi connection was costly and would drop out for no reason, then come back on, but meanwhile, those minutes are ticking away...could only get consecutive minutes rather than anytime minutes. A little further away from the train station than I had envisioned, probably a 5 min. walk.

Was an alright hotel for just passing through Milan. Good location to walk to central station and had SKy TV which was nice. Jacuzzi bath tub was nice too.

the hotel facilities are low due to business needs (Internet connection - for example). the location is very good, prices are not high and it is clean the English knowledge is BAD !!!

It's a small and cosy hotel with an excellent location - near the Central Station with easy acces from Malpensa and Orio airports. It will take you only 15 minutes to get to the Dome by foot. Actually it's in the walking distance of most of the hot spots of the city (Scala, Brera, the Public Garden, commercial streets of Buenos Aires, Corso Venezia, Montenapoleone etc.), so I found it'slocation as the main benefit. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional, especially the concierge personnel. I found breakfast a bit dissapointing for a 4 star hotel as variety is concerned, yet still you can have almost everything what you want.
