One night stop overWe stayed at the hotel for a single night after arriving at Rome Airport, before moving on to another part of Italy. We had a room by the lift, which was perfectly acceptable for one night but if we had been there for any more we would have felt hard done by, as the floorspace was almost completely taken up by the bed. Other than this, all was fine, the bathroom was a good size and everything was clean. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Staff were helpful with parking options and the local area. Their suggestion for a restaurant for dinner was an excellent introduction to local italian cuisine!

Very nice hotel. The staff spoke fluent English, and the room was immaculate. The only drawback was that the queen size bed took up the entire room. However, since I also stayed at a very nice hotel in Paris, I came to realize that this was pretty standard in many hotels in Europe. The only other negative was that they charged 2 euros for every 30 minutes of internet, and you had to use it in their lobby. Overall a very nice hotel.

Modern and clean hotel situated is nice quiet steet - very good value for moneyThe hotel is very near Termini station (2 tube stations) but can walk easily. Very near Collisseum and tube station (Manzoni) just 200 metres. We booked last minute and got excellent price. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable - with good air-conditioning (essential for summer) and slimline tv on wall. Very good full breakfast - as much as you can eat including fruit juice, cereals, bacon and eggs (bacon is steaky but nice), cheese, ham, crusty bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurt etc. Nice reception area and we found staff very helpful

Excellent location, only a short walk to the Colosseum. Pleasant, clean quiet room and very close to Manzoni metro station. They looked after our bags before we booked in and after we booked out, labelling them, issuing a receipt and putting them in a locked store room.

Dont expect big things, its a modern hotel with an image. But that about all its is. If you want a few nights in Rome and somewhere clean, reasonably priced with nice decour stay here. The staff are not very helpful there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no iron or trouser press. Rooms are small, if your looking for luxery this is not the place. It was good for us we booked on laterooms and got there fairly easily. Clean and modern and close to the metro.

Great location, clean modern rooms, nice restaurant with good breakfast options. Friendly though extremely laid back staff but as long as you don't expect to be molly-coddled, you'll be fine. Tip: taxis start the meter from when the hotel calls them so this can be expensive before you've even got in. From this hotel, walk 5 mins up the road to the church and you'll find taxis waiting at the taxi rank. Don't get the 'hotel car' to the airport either as they overcharge.

We were extemely upset with how the staff here teated us or should i say the total lack of help! The hotel is very modern and clean but the staff are so unhelpful it does affect your holiday, it appeared that a bunch of teenagers wee running the place and if we requested anything at all we would have to call reception at least 3 times before they would do as promised.

Overall a very pleasent stay. Breakfast was good, hotel was easily accesed from the metro at Manzoni jsut a 5 minute walk. Room was beautiful jacuzzi bath was the icing on the cake. Collosuem is a 10 minute walk away with nice restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Central Rome easily accesed on the Metro system. Staff were frinedly.Very enjoyable would definately stay again.

As a couple we found it an ideal hotel for exploring Rome. Great value for money with the Late Rooms pricing. The room was very well appointed and the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In short, the hotel was spot on for us. We didn't eat dinner here at all so we can't comment on that but we had breakfast as part of the deal and this was a again well presented and plenty of choice. Perfect for a lighth breakfast and coffee/tea to start the day. We loved Rome and this hotel was no let down. Thank you Late Rooms and the Hotel staff!

Getting a hotel at reasonable rates in Rome with a pool is not always easy, so thought we had managed to obtain something we were looking for. Disappointed to find out that the hotel was under renovation (as it does every August) and that they omitted that detail when booking. Hence - no pool. Something one would desire after trecking all day through the streets of Rome.

The hotel was recently renovated. The location is great, the rooms are large, the bathroom was large and the beds very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff ecpecially Andrea and Ramona were more than wonderful. My husband is diabetic and had a medical emergency and thanks to the prompt response from Andrea that got us medical help, everything went very well. He opened the kitchen at 2:30 a.m to get my husband food. I highly recommend the hotel and the people that work there could not have been more attentive. I would stay there everytime I go to Rome.

A total disappointment. The wake-up call system was untrustworthy, I was terrified I would miss my flight home. The breakfast was barely worth eating - cheese was rubbery, fruit seemed to have been canned. My first night, the shower didn't get much above tepid. About the only part that was worth the money was that it was near a Metro stop and in walking distance to the Colosseo. But there are plenty of other places that you could go to instead.

When I visited this hotel on 12 May it was still under construction. The hotel was extremely noisy and only one out of the four floors had been opened. The hotel boasts of a pool and fitness centre however it should be noted that hotel has no such facilities, nor are they being built. The hotel does instead have free access to a council run leisure centre which is extremely grotty and full of children - isn't exactly relaxing. Guests are also only allowed to use the pool during a set two hour slot daily, which often clashes with one's daily tourist schedule. The hotel will not provide guests with an iron, nor is the use of your own iron permitted in the guest rooms. This is apparently contravenes the terms and conditions of their insurance policy. There is also no room service and no business facilities, yet the hotel still advertises such services/facilities.Finally, not every guest room is air conditioned and Rome gets extremely hot during the summer months.
