Reception staff on arrival was poor and unwelcoming. The food for breakfast was ok but not great for an Israeli breakfast .. you'd find far better on a kibbutz. The location is good .. but there must be better places to stay for a mid/upmarket hotel

This hotel is listed as fully renovated, but the bathroom and dining room need renovation. Dining room was very crowded and unpleasant.

The hotel was adequate. If you want to stay in a great location for a cheap price then look no further. As long as you are out of your room, you will have enough to make this hotel worth it. Know what you are getting into.

Standard room not luxurious but perfectly adequate, with very clean, modern bathroom, and good value. Ask for highest floor possible to minimise traffic noise (Israeli drivers are horn addicts!). View across city superb, especially from balcony; back-facing rooms might be a bit quieter (although noise not intrusive enough to keep you awake when windows shut). Room servicing generally OK, with sheets being changed daily. All-you-can-eat breakfast with ample choice. Dining in also fixed price, which is expensive if you only want one course (but we didn't explore room service alternative). No fancy facilities, but we didn't want them anyway. Location very convenient - would definitely use again.
