It was pretty in the lobby. The beds caused my husband and I to have a back ache for days. The coffee shop was way over priced and had poor coffee. It was pretty but not a resort type hotel at all. It was more like a Best Western and the beds were awful. The price was way too much for what you received and the coffee shop was $4 for a very small cup of coffee. The restaurant was really, really expensive, no one was there. The pool chlorine and Jacuzzi couldn't even be used because it burned our eyes so badly. I would have preferred the Best Western down the street.

Clean large room and restaurant had excellent breakfast. We found this hotel was easy to locate on the main street of Cranbrook. The room we stayed in was large, clean and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone.
