Room was fine. Pool was nice & clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Price was extremely reasonable. Good selection of cable channels on TV. Free Breakfast was adequate. NO complaints. About 7 blocks to center of Gettysburg. free parking. Staff very nice. Smaller hotel, but very nice for the price. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Other family members stayed at other hotel for more money, but they all came to this one to visit me with the kids to go swimming. we had pool to ourselves. They said it was the best part of their trip. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it's clean, safe, and close to city & main highway. Gas station across the street.

Overall, it was a pretty nice place to stay it was probably the nicest mattress I have slept on at a hotel of this category.

After a 9 hour drive, I was looking forward to a comfortable room, with internet access for my laptop. I have stayed at other Super 8s before, so they are the ones I look for when travelling. However, after checking in with a lukewarm clerk. I noticed a sign that internet access was available in the lobby only. NO convenience in that. I was looking forward to my long day at the Gettysburg Cemetary. No prob, I'll start off with the complimentary continental breakfast that Super 8 advertises. After bringing my luggage to my car, I returned to the lobby and what did I see? Five....FIVE donuts and a dispenser for cereal. Nothing else. No coffee, no juice, no milk for the cereal. That is not what they had in their lobby. I had to go to a dumpy convenience store and get a tastycake and a starbucks frap. What a "beautiful" beginning to a beautiful day! They should be ashamed of themselves for the price they charge. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

It was very quiet, not far from the center of town. The room was immaculate, the front desk responsive, helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable. We had an exceptionally good nights sleep.

Great location, pool and hot tub dirty, couldn't let child use them, but room was clean. Had the thinnest old sheets with holes in them and towels that were thin and grey.

We usually stay in H.I Express or Country Inns & Suites, so I was nervous about Super 8. Turns out it was a good experience - friendly staff, large room, comfortable stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. No micro or fridge in room, but otherwise a good stay.

The Manager went above and beyond to return items to me that I left behind in the room when I checked out. Will definately use again for my annual trip!

The room we were given was vented into the indoor pool area and our room had a strong smell of chlorine and mold. Location was out of the main tourist area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

This hotel was not close to the tourist sites in Gettysburg. It was supposed to be a "brand new" motel but looked & smelled like it had been there for a while. It was kept clean. The kids were very disappointed that the pool closed early (9:30pm). We never got to swim because we were coming in too late after site seeing.
