It's not everyday that a hotel exceeds one's expectations but here it is, right there in Turin, hotel President will do it! Amazing personnel, super competent, fluent in English and so warm, friendly and helpful! Guys, I love you, you were so great without even realizing it! Way to go! Best to all of you and hope to see you again! Cornell

We booked a double/twin room, but did not have a choice to get a twin room when we got there. Also it was obvious that someone smoked in the room before, the smell was aweful. We did not receive any excuses from staff or possibilities to change the room.

L'aria condizionata era praticamente inesistente. Servirebbe un servizio bar nella zona di colazione perche' i macchinari per la distribuzione automatica non rendevano una buona qualita' dei prodotti. The air conditioning in the room was very poor. There is no bar service in the breakfast room (downstairs), and cappuccino from the coffee machine leaves much to be desired.

The service was excellent and the quality of the room and facilities were as expected of a 3 star hotel. The location is north of the city centre, in a run down area near a train station. Therefore not ideal if you wish to stay within walking distance of the city centre but easily reached within 20 mins by bus. However, the quality of facilties make up for the location.

This is a good hotel for the price - we paid approx. £50 per room per night. The only trouble is the area is not that nice. There are a few people 'hanging' around. They did not cause any trouble but was slightly intimidating walking past them. While I and my boyfriend were ok I would not like my '60 something' parents to stay there and walk around the streets. The walk into the centre took about 15-20 minutes and was a nice walk along the Dora River. Alternitively you can get bus 10 or 11 right outside the hotel - or number 67 round the corner. The rooms were a decent size with nice big windows, TV, safe in the wardrobe that you don't have to pay for and a minibar. The bathroom was lovely and clean and had a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. They also supplied toiletries and nice fluffy towels. Turin itself is a good place for a short break, we had chilly weather but sunny every day. You must go on the train up the side of the mountain from Sassi to Superga - Tram 15 takes you there. It's only about 5 euros each and you get great views at the top. We visited the Egyptian museum which was good - approx 7 euros. Also you MUST go on the lift to the viewing section of the 'Mole' and have a look around the museum of cinema as well. The red tour bus was good value at 15 euros as you're ticket is valid for 24 hours and you can hop on and off whenever you like. All in all Turin is great, and the hotel was ok if you're a young crowd that don't mind a walk to the city - or get a cab or bus.

the room was clean but really cold and we needed a blanket more. The location of the hotel is not very nice but historical centre is easy to get by bus. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel by car but we enjoyed to stay there. It is really reasonably priced. The breakfast is good.

I was in Turin for the first time. I decided to visit the Egyth Museum with my doughter Sara. The hotel was an excellent choice: friendly employees and very nice room. The location of the hotel is convenient to reach the town centre (ca. 15 min. by bus). I would definitely recommend it to other people.

A great price/quality hotel. Best than expected. Probably one of the best 3 stars hotels in which I have stayed. Very good breakfast buffet. The only bad thing were the sorroundings. A very bad neighbourhood dangerous by night. Be careful... Anyway, a reccomendable place to stay. I would repeat.

A good, low price choice for a business short stay. Surroundings are poor. Overall quality of offered service is very good.

Even if the hotel surroundings are not "pretty" (also because there are some workings on the street), it is located really near to the center (you have to take only a Bus, just in front of the hotel), and it is very simple to reach by train from the airport Welcoming and quality of service is really good!

Personale cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio privato molto utile.
