I was there for a golf tournament and the location was fantastic. Any of the major courses are less than 20 minutes from this hotel. Although they have feather pillows and comforters (which my wife and I are allergic to) the staff promptly brought up cotton items so we could sleep. This is the first time we traveled with my son (9 months) and the hotel was very accommodating.

Very clean and great first impression. Because of all the christmas parties going on at this time it took us 30 minutes to find parking. Hotel guest should have priorty.

Let me start with the two very small negatives. There were left overs in the fridge from the people who stayed the night before, and there is construction in the lobby. Neither of which were a big deal at all. Now the positives. This was a business trip on which my family got to tag along. That means while I was out working, they were lounging in the room and by the pool. My kids loved the pool. The room was excellent for the price. We stayed in a "King Suite", which actually has 2 seperate rooms with double doors that closed in between. There was a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom, and a pull out sofa bed for the kids in the living room. Very nicely tiled bathroom, and dressing area in between. Service was excellent. When we arrived, the pullout couch had no linens, housekeeping brought them up right away and insisted on making the bed themselves. If that were not enough, around 3:00 am, my daughter got sick, and didn't make it out of bed. House keeping was once again on the spot in minutes with fresh linens, air freshener, and even offered to clean the mess. Hotel is very conveniently located near dining and shopping. Not only would I stay there again, but I am heading back there for business next week, and have already made my reservations.

Staff was very friendly and took the time to make sure we were taken care of, I never felt like they were rushing us and we asked a lot of questions.

The hide-a-bed wasn't made up and we couldn't find any sheets for it and when we called down to ask for sheets, they never brought them up.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one day the room was not cleaned very well. Dont know what heppened there, because every other day the room was spotless and done early in the day. The pool is terrific, salwater, no chlorine smell as in most hotel pools. Room service was delicious, timely, and quite inexpensive. The restaurant is good and has a breathtaking view. Loved having the casino nexdoor, lots of fun!!

I was very impressed with the room. We stayed in a double queen room and it was very spacious. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Having lived in prescott and knowing the area, This was my first choice of places to stay. The price was reasonable concidering that most hotels in prescott arent cheap. Very nice place to stay. However the pool is underconstruction, Im sure it will be beautiful when finished but had some disapointed boys. Would recommend to friends and stay again myself.

Purpose was for family funeral of elder brother who resided in Prescott. Usually would stay with him while visiting. Had family funeral dinner at Thumb Butte Restaurent in resort and appreciated both the quality of the food and the friendliness of staff. Will stay at Prescott Resort and Conference Center again upon return to Prescott.

NA. The bed was comfortable, however it had a sever sag in the middle. The hotel was a big hit with my wife and family. We were all excited about the room and view it offered us. Thanks for a great weekend.

I liked everything about the hotel and would recommend it to someone else. But, I did not like the loud music from the band that sounded into our room on the second floor. We had been traveling all day and needed the quietness in our room. I would recommend the hotel but please ask to stay on another floor away from the band in the Lobby area.

We loved the original paintings gallery - the artwork was outstanding. The casino was so Smokey, that we could not stay there more than 5 minutes. Would like to have a non-smoking area. We loved the location and mountain view that this hotel afforded us. The size of the room was wonderful. The lobby is beautiful - the original artwork on the walls in various areas was a treat! But we were very disappointed that we could not spend time in the casino as my spouse cannot take cigarette smoke - and there was no "non-smoking" area. We were really looking forward to our first time to pull the levers on a few slot machines.

Prescott Resort was recently renovated and it is very very nice. The beds are very comfortable. I was surprise that there was not vent in the bathroom though.

Staff friendly - lobby & restaurants nicely maintained. Badly in need of refurbishment - old & tired guestrooms & hallways. Staff very friendly. Casino attached. But badly in need of refurbishing in guestrooms and especially carpet in hallways, disgraceful. Wrinkled and stained. Locked out of guestroom twice during 5-nite stay. Had great meals in thumb butte restaurant. Would return if owners put some money towards refurbishment soon.

Excellent location. Socks turned black after walking on carpet in room. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Location is excellent. Good restaurants near hotel. Casino located in facility. Carpets in hotel in sad condition.

I just loved the new remodled rooms. I had stayed here before and it was nice but its even nicer now! We traveled with friends and they also were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean thats a big deal for me. I thought the beds amazing and my girls loved the inside pool.
