Overnight StayWalking distance to Hammersmith Apollo, clean and tidy, nice size room.However did book a twin room but got a double and the shower head could do with descaling !Apart from that it was ideal for what we wanted.

WE HAVE STAYED IN THIS FROM 22ND OCT 2008 FOR 1 NIGHT AND THAT WAS TOO LONG . THIS HOTEL IS DIRTY AND DOES NOT HAVE WHAT IS SAID ON SITE. ROOMS SMELLY AND DIRTY DUST EVERYWHERE COFFEE NO TEA AND DIRTY CUPS BED HAD 1 BLANKET WHICH ONLY COVERED THE MIDDLE OF BED AND A LIGHT THIN SATTIN COVER WICH LOOKED AS IF FOR SINGLE BED . BATHROOM WAS THE ONLY PLACE THAT WAS CLEAN BUT NO HOT WATER JUST VERY COLD SHOWER COLD ROOM ALL NIGHT CURTAINS FALLING APART MY FRIENDS WERE ON FLOOR BELOW US AS THIS WAS THERE FIRST TIME BACK IN LONDON IN 3 YEARS THEY HAD A KITCHEN IN THERES BUT HAD NO CUPS OR KETTLE THERE ROOM WAS SO SMELLY THE HAD TO KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN ROOM WAS COLD HAD SAME BED LINEN AS US WOULD NOT DO FOR 2 PEOPLE BLANKETS ON BOTH BED WERE DIRTY.BATHROOM WAS OK IN THERE ROOM BUT NO HOT WATER AS WELL BREAKFAST WAS WORST WE HAVE EVER HAD NO ONE TOLD US WHAT THERE WE SAT FOR TEN MINUTE AND THEN WE FINALLY WENT UP TO A SMALL HATCH AND ASKED THEM WHAT WAS FOR BREAKFAST AND THEY JUST STOOD BEHIND HATCH AND LOOKED AT US AND TALK AWAY TO EACH OTHER . THEY DID NOT SPEAK JUST POINTED TO JUICE TOAST AND COLD TEA WE ASK FOR MORE WARM TEA AND COFFEE AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED BREAKFAST WAS FROM 7.30 TO 9 BUT CLOSED AT 8.45. THIS IS OUR LAST TIME WE WILL EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT NEED A TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND UP GRADED AND A GOOD CLEANING OUR FRIENDS WERE COVERED IN BITE AFTER STAYING THERE WE STAY IN HAMMER SMITH ALL THE TIME AS IT IS CENTRAL IN BETTER HOTELS . ..............BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL............

Premier West Hotel, HammersmithThe rooms were poor. We found some 'roaches and other bugs in the bathroom. The doorhandle was loose. The wardrobe was almost falling down. Poor cleaning. The kitchen was not efficent. The tables was dirty, and the woman serving us just brushed the dirt to the floor. She should take a smiling course too! We will never recomend this hotel to anyone!

Not exactly Hotel Babylon!We only needed a hotel for one night when visiting Wembley for Take That so we went cheap and this was the nearest hotel, only 25 mins away on tube.Reserved parking is on the patio on the front of the hotel. Don't expect to be able to fit a big family saloon in there without getting someone else to move their car.Reception were efficient and checked us in quickly.We had a basement room so we were hesitant about leaving the window open on a hot day. television didn't work properly but shower was good. No mirror in bathroom so couldn't shave!!Breakfast next morning had no milk and no bread so we had to wait for 20 mins for someone to pop out to get more.Cheap and central to London, but I wouldn't spend more than one night there.

With this price, I am very content. Hammersmith is a nice area, convenient and fun to be. My room is small but very clean. I am suprised to find my own bathroom by paying almost the least for a single room in London. The breakfast is nice too.

Hotel, Check in, Hotel Room & BreakfastHotel was shabby outside and inside although the room was clean. My boking was for 3 but they only had a double room set up for us. Offered us a '2nd' room which was a bed in a cupboard i.e. no window, bathroom or dresser. worse than a prison cell I suspect! Eventually gave us a room for 3 when we insisted they find us an ulternative hotel. Room was spacious and clean but the shower dripped as could not turn it of properly. The Bidet also leaked so water on the bathroom floor. Beakfast was a joke. Only 6 tables in the reception area and people had to queue ! We left and went to a local pub for a cooked breakfast. Appreciate this was a really cheap hotel for the centre of London but I would not stay here again.

You Get What You Pay Forhaving read the reviews after the booking I was dissapointed to find it wasnt as bad as Id thought it was going to be. The staff were actually helpful so no Fawlty Towers Experience and the room was actually ok - the stairways could be doing with a bit of a spruce up but as I said you get what you pay for! So if its just somewhere to sleep its fine but not if your looking for perfection ie the decoration and the furniture (wardrobe drawer came off when opened) VERY handy for the station and the Apollo which was perfect

Not BadIts right near the middle of Hammersmith, so location is excellent. at £55 for B&B its not bad for so close to London, it is clean - there is an overpowering smell of bleach in the hallway. Room was tiday with kitchenette, bathroon was fine. view from window - rubbish heap lol, TV barely works, gets 2 channels and they are fuzzy.

Never AgainI wouldn't stay at this hotel again, there are a number of reasons why.Now one small problem was that only half the lights in the room worked but I can over look that if that was the only problem. The security in this hotel was frightfully shocking, all I had to do to get the room key was go to the reception and say what number I was in, even when I said it to a member of staff whom had not seen me before, what is there to stop a thief coming into the hotel, saying your room number and gaining easy access to your room? Nothing. Aswell as the fact the door handle was falling off.Inside the room it only gets worse, there were bugs everywhere. They looked like a cross between beetles and cockroaches, eventually myself and my friend worked out that if you leave a light on they tend to dissapear under the cabinets etc, this made sleeping a problem however it was the only way to keep them off us. However they still got into our bags, when I eventually got home and unpacked I found 5 of these bugs in my bag.To summerise I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody, I should have demanded my money back really but I just wanted to get out of there so quickly that I didn't care.

You may have been warnedAn interesting place, if all you are looking for is a bed and clean sheets then this is fine. For some reason our TV had gone missing as had the showerhead, we did have a balcony but the door/window would not close there was a certain prevailing odour as well, my favourite part was looking down to the fire exit below our window and seeing it blocked with old fridges. For the price we paid though we would have expected nothing more. Don't say I didn't tell you.

Filthy, smelly hotel with torn carpets and filthy wallsI would not recommend this hotel, I stayed 10 minutes and then booked in somewhere else, everything was filthy and in a poor state, door to room did not fit properly and shook in frame so much so that as a female travelling alone I would not have felt safe sleeping in the room. Bathroom had black mold pretty much everywhere.

Late bookingI had to find a hotel at short notice due to hospitalisation of a relative. This hotel was economical, very convenient for the underground and filled the bill ideally.

Dont stay unless you are desperate!I arrived early but was not allowed to check in. I came back in evening, no staff on duty & I and others waited about 35 minutes until someone came. Checked in, the room was just ok, however bedside light no bulb, then all the lights blew in the room. This hotel is a fire trap waiting to happen! Electrics need replacing, plumbing all clogged up, they had TV’s in rooms with portable aerials, no satellite or cable. I was moved to another room, mattress old, soft and full of uncomfortable springs, noisy as on main road with window open, too hot with window closed. No air conditioning. B/Fast moderate continental with uptight serving staff. I have stayed in better places in Mumbai! Still at £55 a night what should you expect? My advice unless desperate – shop around.

premier StayYou get what you pay for. Room small but clean and comfy with tv, tea/coffee facilities. bathroom grotty, tatty basin surround, grotty grouting around shower area. Trod on a bettle type thing in morning in bathroom. basic breakfast with undrinkable coffee. cheery breakfast girl.

Corn Flakes and Ceiling HolesA stayed at the PWH for one night in June with a girlfriend. We did not expect much for £50/night but we certainly didn't expect water to start pouring through the ceiling at 6am. I had to run down to reception. They offered to give us a different room but we declined as there were only a couple of hours before breakfast. It was very obvious that this wasn't the first time this had happened. There was a ton of water damage all over the walls. I was also disappointed in the breakfast, which consisted only of coffee, tea, toast and corn flakes. I woudn't stay here again. For that money I'd rather stay in a hostel next time.
