Spacious one bed apartment with kitchen much better than a hotel roomSpacious, clean and well equipped. Unlike many hotels you could open the windows! Location very good and secure parking. we'd stay there again. Staff very helpful and we received promt replys to any queries we posted by email.

Just excellent!!!No words to describe the apartment...no 44 7th floor!!! Perfect views, perfect apartment fully furnished and organized for next to nothing! 5 mins away from the shops, 5 mins away from the clubs (ie oceana) and thats on foot!!!Secure underground car park for my pride and joy and the comfiest bed ever the best combination for a good night's sleep....didnt want to leave...so i am going back soon!!!I have slept in a lot of nice hotels and this was different and so much better.Didnt try the "breakfast box" so i cant say anything but there are so many nice restaurants 5mins away i didnt have to stick to the boring hotel food!!! Missing it already...thanks guys!

business tripStayed in the apartments for one night. I was in number 7 which is right by a really busy road so if you have to have the doors open like I did due to heat, you are in for a noisy night.Took me a while to get the TV to work, and the kettle didn't work full stop- much to my disappointment in the morning.Try and get a room higher up and check the kettle!!

nice roomthe room was nice although not as big as expected. was nice and clean and had all bits n bobs to cook with. tv didnt work properly but apart form that it was nice and i would go again

Ice houseThe apartment was lovely. just as i expected although had a few minor problems like the water not draining from the sink properly and excess mould in the en-suite bathroom and one of the bathroom spot lights not working but apart from that, everything else was okay and i really enjoyed my stay.

Location ok, accomodation let down by lack of cleanlinessGood location near Lace Market & the station. However, the room stank, was very dirty (I'm sure something was living under the glass plate of the microwave & on the remote controls as they were so dirty) and several fixed items broken or in a state of disrepair (shower tap, kitchen doors, window handles). The cleanliness of the plates, cutlery & glasses was also questionable considering nobody left any washing up liquid to clean them properly with!Customer service was friendly although she disappeared from 21:00 and didn't see her in the morning so nobody to complain to or resolve the difficulties. Overall? Poor.

Consistently good.I've stayed here a number of times and have not been let down once. Much nicer than their other site in Birmingham. Great for central Notts and my favourite tapas place - da nada.

This was a really successful hotel alternative, so much more room and more relaxed. We were able to entertain there and so it worked out cheaper as well which is always good.

Convenient and stylish but too many problemsSpecified \"no smoking\" when booking, but room stank of smoke. Moved to another room with the same problem! After complaining, was upgraded to a penthouse. This was OK apart from dirty cups and teabags in the kitchen sink, TV that didn't work, decor starting to look tired, surfaces not well cleaned. Opened window to reduce temperature overnight, but then woken frequently by traffic noise. The location is excellent for Nottingham centre, but apart from that it's hard to recommend it.

Excellent location and valueVitually attached to the Trent FM arena so perfect if attending an event there. Rooms were of an excellent size and standard with all possible facilities in the kitchen...no hair dryer so ladies bring your own. Good for groups/long stay too as very close to centre and its shops/nightlife. Excellent value thru laterooms
