The apartment was very well equipped, roomy and comfortable. It is very well positioned for the railway station and all the major shopping and night life areas. It was secure including the underground parking area. I was ungraded to a two bedroom appartment at no extra cost. All in all a very nice place to stay. If I had any negative comments they would be that the room didnt have enough local information included in it and the windows, although double glazed, were not well soundproofed. As a result I found my sleep quite frequently disturbed by the late night revellers in the street outside! And this was only a Thursday night so it would only be worse at the weekends!!

Fabulous location and appartment. would recommend. however there was an issue with banging fire doors during the day which was very annoying, and the entry system did playup a few times

Very spacious, clean and well equipped - home from home. Down side was noise from people outside (but it was a Saturday night in the centre of Newcastle!) and difficult to get to by car due to roadworks in city centre and one way system.

For what paid, £99 for a 2 double bedroom apartment it was great value. Very central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative point would be that the carpet was very musty as if there had been a flood, I think they should change it. Huge apartment especially compared to what you get in London.

The exterior of the hotel and particularly the entrance doesn't do the apartment interiors justice. They are extremely spacious and reasonably well furnished though not luxurious. Much better than simply having a hotel bedroom though and for no real extra cost. Very close to lively nightlife though and can be a bit noisy especially at the weekend. However if you can't beat'em join'em!

These apartments were great. Felt very safe during our stay which was important to us. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Great location only 5 mins from station and walking distance to attractions and shopping. Very well equipped. and spacious. Much better that staying in a hotel. Although the balcony was "out of bounds" i.e patio door was locked, it was a bit scruffy with a couple of beer cans and cigarette ends so maybe should be looked at. This was only a minor issue however and would not stop us from booking there for future stays in Newcastle.

Easy to find and in central location - underground parking made it very convenient. Very warm apartment - pity the Juliet balcony window would not open. Excellent value. Newcastle is a lively city - so you can expect a little noise at night and early hours - but what would you expect when the Toon is playing Man United!

The hotel was very central but a little difficult to get to by car but that was more because of the one-way system. Very convenient parking below the apartments. Beautifully clean and well furnished. Was bit noisy during the night but it was a Friday night in Newcastle! Would definitely recommend it to friends. If booking ask for a room on an upper floor at the back.

The apartments were spotless, and well equiped with everything that you would need for self catering. They were in an ideal central location for shops, bars and resturants. We didnt use the car at all. We will definately use these apartments in the future.

This is a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. I used it as a base for three days and found it excellent. I have stayed in other local hotels, and the this accommodation comes up tops. 5 minutes from the train station, and two minutes walk into town could not make it any closer to the cinema, Eldon Centre, shopping etc. The staff were kind, helpful and even phoned me a couple of days in advance to ensure that all my needs (non smoking, early arrival and internet facilities) were met. There was a small problem with the hot water/Baxi, but that was all. I recommend it to anyone who loves inner city short breaks linked with excellent facilities and friendly, accommodating staff.

We stopped here for my daughters graduation, the fact that four of us could be together for a price of a room for 2 was what prompted our stay. It was easy to find, very central with underground parking for a reasonable price, and staff were lovely.Downsides to the room would be the noise from the road, if stopping again i would request a higher floor, the bedroom window was faulty, which let noise and rain in, and the decor was a little shabby. But that would not stop me booking a premier appt again, and I have recommended them to quite a few people already.

This hotel is brilliant. I had a clean, fully furnished apartment with all mod cons and a giant bed for £69! (same price as the travelodge). It's location is excellent for transport and nightlife, it's also very private. I would recommend it to anyone be it on business or pleasure who doesn't mind self catering. I will be staying here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and collegues.

Fantastic place to stay. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was amazing value for money. Really central, huge rooms and great kitchen and living room with everything you could need. Very clean and new looking. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment and will definitely come back. One complaint - that I felt conned at having to pay an extra £8.50 for car parking - when bookingit states "car parking available on site" which led me to believe there would not be an extra charge, however when the booking confirmation came through it stated that there is an extra charge for parking, but of course by that time it is too late. Other apartments in Newcastle offer parking free inclusive in the room rate, so I felt that the detail offered when making the booking is geared to mislead and consequently I felt conned. The apartment itself is very good and I will return - I just wish they were more upfront about such charges, but then they may look expensive compared to others in the area ?

I booked via laterooms and requested a non-smoking room but on arrival I was given the keys to a smoking room which absolutely reeked of smoke. I asked the security guard if we could swap but the only other alternative was another smoking room. The car park was difficult to find also as on a one way system. If this had been a non-smoking apartment it would have been fine, immaculate and spacious but sadly I detest the smell of smoke hence the poor review
